Чудовий відпочинок!
Pros:

Залишилися в захваті від відпочинку в Апартель Східниця!
Це ідеальне місце для сімейного релаксу. Готель має велику та дуже красиву територію з майданчиками для дітей, дитячою кімнатою та відмінним СПА-комплексом.
Ми зупинялися у двокімнатному номері — він просторий, затишний і повністю укомплектований усім необхідним, що вкрай важливо під час подорожей із дітьми. Окремо хочеться відзначити смачні сніданки та дуже ввічливий, приємний персонал, який створює атмосферу домашнього затишку. Дякуємо за гостинність!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt der Anlage.

Cons:

Hallenbad: komplett überfüllt. Essen / Trinken ein paar Meter weg vom Bad. Unglaublich. Alkohol Genuss wie an der Türkischen Riviera in einem all-inclusive Hotel. Leider ist das Hotel kein "Wellness Hotel" .

3. В італійському ресторані було смачно

Cons:

1. Максимально незручне спа, максимум на один корпус людей, в басейнах так і не поплавали через величезну к-сть людей. В саунах все забито і соляній кімнаті, чекаєш у вічних чергах. Страшно уявити, що відбувається літом.
2. Немає розділення дитячого і дорослого спа. Максимально незручно. Відчуття ніби ти в величезному садочку але в готелі.
3. Джакузі не схожі на джакузі (або не працюють або не гріють воду).
4. В спа зоні немає що взяти з солодощів до кави або до чаю. Зате є бургер. Хм.
5. В спа ходиш через лоббі. Хтось в куртках а хтось в халатах.
6. Чому так важко ставити в номерах зубні щітки.
7. На сніданку багато пересолених страв. Кава жахлива. Краще окремо купувати у ресторані.

Це точно не пʼятизірковий готель. Готель оверпрайсд.
