Great value for money; providing some coffee capsules would've made it excellent.
Pros:

The apartment is very spacious yet cozy, the bed is king size (180x200cm) so we slept very well with our 2 year old child even though we're not slim. The windows are big, to the floor, very nice. The building is pretty new, I think 2021, so everything is up to standards, clean and neat. There's an elevator that also works to the 1st floor which is helpful when carrying heavy luggage.

Internet is good, wi-fi name/pass is on the back of the entrance door. On the arrival date the host sent me the details of the apartment on whatsapp, with pictures of the building entry door with entrance code for the first time getting in, with the door which is very clearly branded and the lock box for the key with the lock combination. So everything you need to get checked in - very professional approach, well done. They answered a few following questions promptly, good communication overall but no reply to my farewell message when I confirmed that we checked out.

Good amenities, appliances, minimal furniture but functional, big dressing unit for clothes, all good. Floor heating which is very nice although it takes a while to warm up - moving the thermostat to the bedroom helps keep the temperature constant at night if you're visiting in cold weather.

Cons:

In the pictures you see coffee capsule boxes next to the espresso machine in the kitchen. That's misleading or false advertising, as they were missing, and when I asked the host they replied that they don't provide capsules - which makes the machine technically present on paper, but perfectly useless in practice. So I went out to buy some and because we don't use capsules at home of course I got the wrong size ones, so we ended up boiling water for our coffee in the mornings.

The living room couch could really use a deep clean as the fabric was very stained, the cushions as well, you can tell it was never washed. Then some covers/blankets over it could protect it better in time.
