Great stay.
Pros:

Owner was very accommodating in answering all our questions and texted us all important information.
Apartment is modern and comfortable.
Location is only five minutes from the beach.
Secure Parking is available seven minutes away for 10 Euro a day.
Great grocery shopping is across from parking, two stores.

Cons:

Would like to see a folder with garbage pickup, parking restrictions and grocery shop, good coffee shops locations, etc.
Owner did texted us all that info but tourist information folder would eliminate that.

Apartament czysty i funkcjonalny. Miał wszystko co potrzebne na pobyt. Blisko do plaży i do centrum.
Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz.

Miejscowość jako miejsce wypadowe ok, ale jako miejsca na urlop to raczej nie :)

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Maioliche Apartment per un weekend. Esperienza è stata eccezionale! Fin dal momento del check-in, siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità dal proprietario, che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sulla zona.
L'appartamento era spazioso, incredibilmente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, facendoci sentire come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità dell'ambiente, pur essendo in una posizione strategica per visitare la città e i dintorni.
Ogni piccolo dettaglio, dalla comunicazione efficiente alla cura degli spazi, ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e confortevole!".

Excellent stay
Pros:

Location (near to city center, supermarket, coffee shop), free parking nearby, super clean apartment, newly renovated, has all necessary facilities, super comfortable bed, great value for money. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. We will definitely choose it again if returning to Margherita di Savoia.

Cons:

The only thing that felt a little strange was the existence of a door in the bedroom which led to other apartment. A sealed door would be great to assure not hearing and seeing light under the door from the other apartment
