Cons:

The hotel wasn't available at all. They stopped taking booking as there was some wedding at their home and they didn't updated in the booking.com. I reached at the location at 11 pm and I got to know this when I called there.

We were helpess and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

He is just like Ginie......ask him anything about Ujjain.

Chai.... Chummeshwari chai.... For chai lovers.. This is the only place in whole Ujjain.

You need to roam around Ujjain... Ask Rajesh ji... He will arrange auto or rickshaw for you without any charges.

He has charming nature. Full paisa vasool🤗

Cons:

There is a door inside the room where the owner lives which is locked only from his side and room is not safe from our side we cant lock that door from our side and only the owner can open it from his side. And the bathroom is also open from above the wall which is not safe.

The rooms and toilet were very dirty. The bedsheets were not even changed, the water was very slow, there was no TV, even the room was not swept.

The owner used to switch off AC frequently from other room, roads were very dirty ,

There was no transportation nearby, We had to walk for a long time fot temple visit and market,

Water and tea,towels,soaps were not even provided. Street dogs were running behind our Rickshaw.

room was overpriced and it was a bad experience

Pros:

There was nothing to like only thing A.C was working fine.

Cons:

Rooms and toilets were dirty. Room was full of hairs of old customers. No sweeping. Toilets were not clean. Only 2 towels provided in between 4 persons. Location was very bad and inside small streets. Bed sheets not changed . over priced. Rooms are available at half price near to this area.

Good for family stay and it felt like home.
Pros:

Owner was very helpful. He provided good guidance and directions related to mandir darshan. The hotel room was clean and comfortable to rest.

Cons:

Residency address was confusing, faced a little difficulty reaching there.
