Pros:

The location was perfect, there is a bite breakfast cafe close to the hotel. The room was big and had a balcony what I liked. It was very quiet and most of the time there was a grab taxi nearby so I didn’t have to wait long to go places.

Cons:

My bathroom was dirty when I arrived what did get fixed straight away. Also my room didn’t get cleaned until my second to last day staying, to be fair I was gone a lot and they didn’t have a second key what I learned later.

Misleading name - its not part of the real "Travelodge" chain.
Pros:

A little bit disappointed to be misled on the name of the Hotel - its nothing to do with the real "Travelodge" chain, and the rooms are no where near the Travelodge standard. It carries the sign outside, but has a different name in the reception area.
If you put that aside, you are getting a renovated older hotel in a very quiet part of the City. The rooms were clean, and the shower & bedding quite acceptable. There is a huge area for parking outside and its relatively safe being as access is through a "tunnel" into what can be described as a courtyard.
Check-in was a fraught affair as there was nobody on reception ... I called the number displayed, and didn't understand a word, so ended up walking behind the counter and taking a key for the closest room, which I presume the owner was trying to tell me from my poor understanding of his Thai. He did turn up 5 min later and seem OK with my actions, sort of !
Location is poor, with nothing at all in the area, with nearest bars/restaurant being a good 2-3 km away, the other side of the railway tracks.

Cons:

Location could have been better.
