Clean, comfortable and great all round vibes. The staff are so friendly and it’s in a great location near the beach. Breakfast is also so yummy! Would recommend

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und hat ein zauberhaftes Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was the best accomodation in all Sri Lanka, we have had the best hosts ever!!! Everything is very clean it’s next to the see and all the restaurants. Also the food is amazing!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Notre coup de cœur du voyage! Nous avons été charmé par la chambre mais surtout par le propriétaire et sa femme qui sont bienveillants et vraiment adorables. Leur jus de pastèque est un délice et la petite boutique regorge de pépite! L’emplacement en face de la plage est vraiment super !

The location is ideal as it’s right next to the beach, diving centers, and other restaurants/parties. There was a large parking space opposite the place too which was very convenient.

Aside from the location, the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, place was cosy, and the food was exceptionally good - hats off to the chef!

The staff, food, location and space in general was a 10/10.
The staff in particular were so pleasant, extremely warm and accommodating. Everything that came out of the kitchen was so delicious that whenever we tried something from anywhere else we were disappointed - ended up eating all our meals here and not a single one disappointed.

Capital was bijna aan het strand bij Fernando met leuke eettentjes en strandbedden. Relaxte sfeer.



Het eten was buitengewoon goed bij Capital. Heerlijk ontbijt en geweldig diner. De kok deed ontzettend zijn best en bereidde exclusieve maaltijden. De verse tonijn smaakte geweldig. Strandlakens waren inbegrepen.

Insane value for money. The room was perfect, exceeded all expectations and was less than 100m from the beach ! The food was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs.

Really nice, spacious room behind a lovely little restaurant and only metres away from the beach and beach bar. Nice outdoor seating, delicious European style breakfast and helpful staff.

Squeaky clean rooms and a really calm, relaxing vibe throughout the place. The interior décor is simple and serene, making it a great spot to unwind. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the staff were amazingly friendly and genuinely hospitable.

The location is excellent—right by Uppuweli Beach and just a short walk from the Fernandez Beach Market. Perfect if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax by the beach.

What stood out the most was the value for money. Very fair pricing for what you get. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Uppuweli. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best hotels of our travels around Sri Lanka. The staff were AMAZING. The food was absolutely incredible. They room was very comfortable, and a great location just a short walk to the beach passing food and drink places. 10/10 would recommend.

Location was great - just minutes from a beautiful beach, and the staff are really friendly and helpful! After arriving early we were able to check in early and were given our first proper Sri Lankan tea :) The room was spotless and comfortable with a nice peaceful area to sit outside. I will definitely stay again on my next visit. Due to our visit being out of season the restaurant was closed -so we ate at JK food cafe, which was delicious :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful sea-style hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach.

Beautiful rooms, super clean and bright - loved the green doors and windows! The room smelt amazing and so clean. Garden around the property was lovely too, and the restaurant was incredible - the best food and so fresh and the chef kindly catered to our dietary requirements (Vegan and Vegetarian). The chef It’s directly opposite Fernando’s Bar / Market and the beach (literally 30 second walk) so such a good location.

Staff are genuinely lovely people, food at the adjoining cafe was sensational - cold beers, delicious meals. Aircon in the room was lovely and cold. Very clean. Excellent location in Uppuveli, just across from Fernando’s.
