Akva park je bio odličan ali hotel nažalost nije ispunio osnovna očekivanja.

Samo ljubaznost jednog jedinog konobara koji je radio drugu smenu u periodu od 23.05 do 26.05

Cons:

Boravili smo u Temišvaru zbog Amazonije i akva park je u potpunosti ispunio naša očekivanja – zaista odlično iskustvo. Međutim, hotel kao hotel nas je razočarao.
Osoblje uglavnom ne govori engleski jezik, što je dovelo do više neprijatnih situacija. Hotel ima dva sprata, ali su nas zbog nerazumevanja jezika poslali na četvrti sprat, što je odmah ostavilo loš utisak.
Najveći problem smo imali oko večere, koja se dodatno naplaćuje i mora unapred da se rezerviše. Putovali smo sa bebom koja mora da spava oko 19h, upravo kada večera počinje, pa smo pokušali da nađemo kompromis. Jednom prilikom smo rezervisali večeru i zamolili da ponesem tanjire u sobu, jer hotel nema room service, a bebu ne možemo ostaviti samu. Rečeno nam je da to neće biti problem, ali su kasnije odbili da nam izađu u susret.
Zbog toga smo večeru otkazali, ali su ipak pokušali da nam je naplate iako nismo ni jeli. Takođe, primetili smo da se cene suvenira ne poklapaju sa izloženim cenama, što ostavlja veoma loš utisak.
Dodatni minus je lokacija hotela – nalazi se pored deponije/otpada automobila, pa se tokom dana čuje buka od drobljenja i presovanja vozila, što značajno narušava mir i odmor.
Jedina zaista pozitivna stvar u hotelu bio je jedan konobar iz druge smene tokom našeg boravka – ljubazan, profesionalan i jedini koji je pokazao želju da pomogne. Da nije bilo njega, ocena bi bila 0.

Pros:

Very nice accommodation, kids friendly. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the contemporary design matched the Amazonian team very nicely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lounge has a nice play area for kids. The location is a bit outside, but well connected to the city center - 25 minutes by public transport. The water park and spa facilities were excellent, we had a great stay with a 3 year old.

Excellent weekend stay with children
Pros:

We stayed during cold days. Indoor pools are excellent, just enough for the weekend fun. It is clear and easy to watch over children while you are resting. There is a playground in the hotel restaurant. Food is good, not many but enough options.
