Siamo stati molto bene non abbiamo usufruito del servizio trattamenti spa ma comunque da catalogo molto ricco
Pros:

Hotel un po datato però accogliente personale molto gentile e disponibile camera bella cibo buono e vario

Cons:

Peccato la sala dove si consumano i pasti priva di panorama datata e buia

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, vor allem das Personal war ausnehmend höflich.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Appartement, das etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt. Es ist groß, allerdings war das zweite Zimmer mit einem Stockbett, nicht einem Einzel-, Doppelbett. Die Couch als Schlafcouch wäre völlig okay. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht vom Balkon spektakulär.

Cons:

Das W-Lan war teilweise etwas schwankend.

Wellnesshotel Erica, una eccellenza a Nova Ponente
Pros:

L'hotel Erica è una struttura che offre confort e relax senza compromessi.
Le camere anche se non estremamente spaziose, sono ben organizzate per contenere valigie e vestiario nell'ampio armadio.
Il bagno è privo di bidet ma la doccia è comoda e spaziosa.
Il personale è estremamente gentile e si dedica con professionalità al proprio lavoro.
La piscina e la SPA offrono relax in ambienti estremamente curati e puliti.
Dopo la prima notte di pernottamento abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in un'altra camera e la nostra richiesta è stata prontamente soddisfatta.

Bella , accogliente , pulita , grande ma non troppo ! Servizi, piscine, palestra e wellness area ! Ristorante ottimo

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und besonders hilfsbereites Personal. Wir wurden nach einem Radunfall toll unterstützt!
Schönes Ambiente, toller Sauna- und Spa-Bereich.
Großzügig ausgestattet, viele Möglichkeiten, auch draußen zu sitzen.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Interessante Freizeitangebote, wie zum Beispiel geführte Wanderungen. Großzügige Garage für E-bikes mit Lademöglichkeit.

Pros:

Excellent kitchen. Le chef is a real master. Fair accomodation and localisation - 9km from Obergen ski resort. They share underground parking. Swimming pool and sauna in charge. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

I got another appartment that I booked. There is no information in booking.com that appartment (anex) is outside the hotel. By the way the staff gave me another one (they called it upgrade) - smaller with no seperate beds for children. Finally it wasn`t the major problem for us (just understatement), but must be indicated.

Exceptional
Pros:

Family suit was really big, clean and comfortable with terrace and a good view. There were a big bed for adults and two separate beds for kids. The food in the hotel was exceptional, the breakfast was ok but the dinner a la cart was delicious, elegant and saturating. Lots of activities to do in the hotel and nearby, perfect pool for kids and adults, several saunas for adults only, tennis courts nearby, e-bikes, and of course tracking. The stuff was helpful, all our requests were satisfied. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and could recommend it for sure!
