Sehr nettes Personal in der Anmeldung und auch morgens beim Frühstück. Einfach alle richtig lieb und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank dafür.. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch lecker.
Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und erholsam

Cons:

Leider ist die Unterkunft an sich ziemlich altbacken und der Fußboden fleckig, und es war auch keine Badewanne im Zimmer so wie auf dem Foto abgebildet, das hat mir den Rest gegeben..

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Erst nach Buchung haben wir erfahren, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen hat. Das war sehr ärgerlich, da es für uns und unsere Kinder ein wichtiges Kriterium war, dieses Hotel erneut zu buchen.

Das Dach ist dicht und der Preis auch günstig.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und auch die Ruhe im Haus, sowie das immer freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Dieses Haus ist doch schon einige Jahre alt und es müsste mal eine Renovierung erfolgen. Teppiche, Polster, Vorhänge und Anstrich der Balkone bedürfen einer Erfrischung.Das Schwimmbad war geschlossen. Das Licht im Bad zündete erst nach 5 Minuten, wurde aber auf Nachfrage repariert. Duschen in der Wanne nur mit Vorhang .....

Elevator was out of order throughout my stay, making the walk up to the fourth floor incredibly tiring.

The WC was not cleaned prior to my arrival.

The shower drain was clogged and did not drain properly. There seemed to be an issue with the floor drain in the shower.

The windows were old/outdated. They let in outside air and noise.

The curtains were dirty and stained.

Overall, it seemed like this was once a good hotel, but it has become very dated and has not been maintained, renovated, or updated.

Cons:

The breakfast was good.

The restaurant and its service were good

The staff were polite and good.

Pros:

Nichts besonders.

Cons:

Unaufmerksame und desinteressiertes Empfangspersonal.
Unglaublich lange Wartezeiten beim Essen und gestaffeltes Servieren desselben bei mehreren Personen am Tisch.
Ausfall des Fahrstuhls während mehr als einem Tag - ohne dass sich jemand dafür entschuldigt hätte beim Auschecken, geschweige denn, es berücksichtigt hätte beim Bezahlen. (Mein Zimmer war im 4. Stock.)
Es hat auch niemand beim Auschecken gefragt, ob ich zufrieden war.
