Erwartungen einwandfrei übertroffen
Pros:

Der telefonische Vorabkontakt war sehr freundlich. Späte Ankunft Dank Schlüsselbox kein Problem. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse.
Super sauberes grosses Zimmer mit Sitzecke, Teeküche, grossem TV, Schreibtisch und sehr bequemen Betten.
Die kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer war nach längerer Anfahrt sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir sind öfter auf der Durchreise und werden wieder versuchen ein Zimmer im pepb Schulungshotel zu bekommen.

Zimmer angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet, Bad ebenso, unkomplizierter Check-In per Schlüsseltresor am Abend, Parken auf der Strasse vorm Hotel möglich, kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof Syrstedt

Cons:

Waasserdruck Dusche Warmwasser im 4. Stock war sehr gering - kein wirkliches Duschvergnügen
Wasserkocher, aber nur Tee Beutel und kein Kaffee

Pros:

Fußläufig gute Öpnv-Anbindung nach Hannover, ruhige kleine Einkaufsstraße mit Restaurants wenige Meter entfernt. Großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Teeküche. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Cons:

Stöpsel im Abfluß des Waschbeckens fehlte, etwas ungewöhnlich.

The hotel's location is good. It's quiet and peaceful. Huge free parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. Key collection is available at any time. If I'm in the area, I'll gladly visit again.

Pros:

Guter Parkplatz, funktionierender Schlüssel Safe, Aufzug. Großes Zimmer, sehr großer Schreibtisch und Rollcontainer. Küchenecke mit Essplatz (Barhocker), Mikrowelle/ Kühlschrank/ Wasserkocher/ Spülbecken/ etwas Geschirr.
Reichlich Stauraum! Sehr gute Beleuchtung. Rezeption sehr hilfreich und hilfsbereit.
