Pros:

Zentrale Lage an ruhigem Innenhof, fußläufig zum Po. Café nebenan (sehr sympathisch), Supermarkt (Conad) am anderen Ende der Straße. Helle Einrichtung, funktional und neu. Verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen zwischen Mantua/Sabbioneta und Parma.

Cons:

Langer, schmaler Flur bis zum Apartment im 1. Stock, kein Fluchtweg. In punkto Gemütlichkeit eher für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt geeignet als für einen längeren Urlaub.

Świetna baza do zwiedzania.
Pros:

Apartament jest w nowo wyremontowanej kamienicy, która znajduje się w centrum miejscowości. Posiada bezpieczny parking, co w tym rejonie Włoch ma duże znaczenie. Wyposażenie apartamentu jest wystarczające, no telewizor mógłby być trochę większy. Apartament jest duży, składa się z salonu z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni i łazienki. Całość ma charakter otwarty czyli do poszczególnych pomieszczeń za wyjątkiem łazienki nie ma drzwi. Z apartamentu wszędzie blisko, w pobliżu są kawiarnie, restauracje, piekarnia,duży market. Sama miejscowość to typowe włoskie miasteczko ale doskonałe miejsce jako baza do zwiedzania Lombardii i Emilia Romanii. Polecam.

W apartamentach, których okna wychodzą na dziedziniec wewnętrzny słyszalne są odgłosy usytuowanej tam kawiarni. Odgłosy czyli gwar oraz muzyka. Kawiarnia działa od godziny 7.oo do 20.3o z przerwą na sjestę. Myślę że osobom wrażliwym akustycznie może to przeszkadzać.

Pros:

Io, i miei genitori e la mia cagnolina abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura dal 24 al 28 aprile. L’appartamento era accogliente, pulitissimo e profumato. In generale la struttura è ben posizionata, vicina a supermercati e al centro, noi siamo arrivati in auto e ci siamo spostati facilmente, inoltre c’è il parcheggio privato e quindi si può stare tranquilli. L’host che ci ha accolti, Mary, è sempre stata gentilissima, cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. In aggiunta, di fronte agli appartamenti, c’è il bar in cui si può fare colazione e lo staff è molto gentile. Siamo molto soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo sicuramente❤️

Pros:

A foglalási rendszerben bekövetkező hiba folytán, nem azt az apartmant kaptuk, amit lefoglaltam.
A szàllásadó hamarosan a redelkezésünkre bocsájtott még egy szobát nagy megelégedésünkre.
Ezen túlmenően, még egy vacsorameghívással is kompenzálta a kezdeti kellemetlenségeket.
Rendkívül korrekt gesztus volt részéről.
Az itt tartózkodásunk alatt mindvégig mindennapi kapcsolatban voltunk.
Mindenféle ötlettel és javaslattal segítette kellemedebbé ternni ezt a pár napot.
Az apartmanok tiszták, tágasak, kényelmesek, csendes helyen találhatóak és ingyenes parkolót biztosítanak egy zárt udvarban.
Casalmaggiore autentikus kisváros, ahol minden szolgáltatás megtalálható, közel Parmahoz.

Ho apprezzato l'attenzione verso il cliente come l'aria condizionata accesa all'arrivo in struttura. È stato un piacere arrivare e trovare già tutto il necessario per la colazione.

Cons:

Unica nota: in camera era disponibile solo il piumone, avrei preferito avere anche un lenzuolo.
