Pros:

A foglalási rendszerben bekövetkező hiba folytán, nem azt az apartmant kaptuk, amit lefoglaltam.
A szàllásadó hamarosan a redelkezésünkre bocsájtott még egy szobát nagy megelégedésünkre.
Ezen túlmenően, még egy vacsorameghívással is kompenzálta a kezdeti kellemetlenségeket.
Rendkívül korrekt gesztus volt részéről.
Az itt tartózkodásunk alatt mindvégig mindennapi kapcsolatban voltunk.
Mindenféle ötlettel és javaslattal segítette kellemedebbé ternni ezt a pár napot.
Az apartmanok tiszták, tágasak, kényelmesek, csendes helyen találhatóak és ingyenes parkolót biztosítanak egy zárt udvarban.
Casalmaggiore autentikus kisváros, ahol minden szolgáltatás megtalálható, közel Parmahoz.

Ho apprezzato l'attenzione verso il cliente come l'aria condizionata accesa all'arrivo in struttura. È stato un piacere arrivare e trovare già tutto il necessario per la colazione.

Cons:

Unica nota: in camera era disponibile solo il piumone, avrei preferito avere anche un lenzuolo.
