When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Malmaison Spa is open from Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Location, room, friendly staff

Cons:

Poor quality food, breakfast awful and taken off the bill. Other food OK. Feel place gone down, bar like a pub and restaurant poor, no class as remembered a few years back.

Pros:

Staff were really polite, nice modern clean hotel situated in an easy to get to place for the train and to get to the etihad stadium where we watched the W'end!

Cons:

The shower was really weak, apart from that I'd stay again for the price paid.

Great reception, place a little tired, breakfast a little tyrant!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Our requests were accommodated very quickly throughout our stay.

Cons:

The waiter/front of house at breakfast was very brisque and unaccommodating with everyone. A lot of the diners were raising eyebrows at his behaviour. The overall hotel felt tired and the room was not well thought out at all.

Lovely. Would definitely come back.
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Piccadilly station. Lovely room, well appointed and plenty of space. Very powerful shower!

Cons:

USB sockets near the bed didn't work. No regular plugs near the bed so had to leave things plugged in at the other side of the room.
Decor is bold - may not be to everyone's taste.

Perfect start to our honeymoon
Pros:

I often stop in for a drink there when I’m in Manchester but this was the first time I stayed there. This was the night of our wedding day and we stayed there before an early flight the next day. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming; making it feel very special. It’s quite a ‘funky’ with some cool decor and features.
