The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Malmaison Spa is open from Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays.

My partner and I were supposed to be staying at the Brewdog hotel where we stay every year for his birthday unfortunately it closed down the day before we were due to go so we looked for an alternate and chose Malmaison. Well we're so glad we did! What gorgeous hotel, from the moment you walk in you see the beautiful cocktail bar, with its low bar and comfy seats, loved it! Great polite, helpful staff that can't do enough for you. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfy and the bathroom was amazing with a good sized bath and beatiful toiletries. We had a decent view from our window and the location close by picadilly station is very convenient. The decor was superb, bold and quirky. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings and werent dissapointed. Great selection of fruits yoghurts and pastries, while the hot breakfast was excellent and the was a decent choice of them.
Check out is 11 so slightly later than we're used to so we didnt have to rush in the morning as much and took our time to enjoy breakfast.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit Manchester, it exceeded our expectations and made our stay perfect!
To be honest theres nothing we were dissapointed in, it was a perfect stay, the room was good value for money. Probably the only thing i would have liked is a window that opens so i could hear outside but they arent that type but apart from that theres nothing, its definitely worth a visit!
We loved staying here, so close to Manchester Piccadilly train station.
Reception team were great, room was big and clean and breakfast was great too!

Few wears and tears… unable to open windows ( though had air con) mattress was slopped which led to bad sleep and pillows not supportive ( for me) and couldn’t switch the light button for mirror off so glowed all night
