Ich möchte jedem abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen
Pros:

Katastrophales Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Spät Anreise. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, lag dort schon jemand. Extrem unangenehm – anschließend war auch niemand erreichbar. Es gab keine Notfallnummer. Ich musste mir ein neues Hotel kaufen und habe dadurch Mehrkosten tragen müssen. Ich habe den Preis auch noch nicht erstattet bekommen.

Oprócz dostania się do hotelu reszta była ok

Po dotarciu do hotelu o godz 21 stałem pod drzwiami do 23 bo nikt nie dał kluczy do sejfu więc nie mogłem wejść bo nikogo tam nie było,dopiero później pracownica wychodziła i zadzwoniła do kogoś z hotelu więc ktoś przyjechał i mnie wpuścił

Alles ist super, vielen Dank an die Geschäftsleitung, den Inhaber und die Mitarbeiter. Ich hätte da allerdings eine kleine Anmerkung: Sie sollten sicherstellen, dass alle Zimmer ausreichend beheizt sind.

Pros:

Frühstück war OK und Da war Personal anwesend uns auch sehr freundlich

Cons:

Kein Personal bei Ankunft. Schüssel in eine Safebox mit keine Anweisung wie man den Aufzug bedienen soll,
Versucht per Telefon Kontakt aufzunehmen, und Erflog! 5 Etagen zu Fuss raufgelaufen.
Zimmer war zwar sauber aber bei weitem nicht was wir bei der Buchung auf Bildern gesehen haben!!
Morgen bei Abreise wiederum kein Personal an der Rezeption. Konnte nicht mal bezahlen...

Für Kurztrips oder Geschäftsreisen voll in Ordnung

Zimmer sauber und geräumig genug. Alles gut organisiert. Frühstück: es war alles da, was man sich wünscht.

Erst am nächsten Morgen war dir Rezeption besetzt, da das Hotel aber in einem "Gewerbegebiet" liegt, war es OK. Zugang über Schlüsselsafe,

The lift, on calling for the lift, on the 5th floor, kept pressing the lift call button but often had the business lift arrived, which we were informed was not available for Hotel customers.
