Pros:

This place was great. We loved the weird funky vibe in the rooms. Great bathroom. Rooms were clean. Price was reasonable etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, easy access to köln cathedral. Hard to find the location

Eenvoudig maar schoon en nabij centrum
Pros:

De originaliteit van de kamerinrichting en decoratie was mooi!

We konden vroeger inchecken dan standaard omdat het appartement al schoon was. Heel fijn!

Bedden waren comfortabel.

Appartementen liggen op loopafstand van het centrum.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

2 Liften aanwezig.

Cons:

Een nacht hebben we veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten terwijl wij vroeg naar een congres moesten dus heel weinig geslapen hebben. Onze klacht via Booking bericht werd pas de dag erna opgemerkt en beantwoord.

In de keuken kwamen we veel te kort. Geen schaaltjes voor yoghurt, geen theeglazen en onvoldoende borden voor 6 personen terwijl het een 6 persoons kamer betrof. Daarnaast slechts 2 pannen terwijl je verwacht dat dat wat completer zou zijn.

Het doucheputje zat verstopt zodat de badkamer onder water kwam te staan na slechts enkele minuten douchen. Na melding bij de receptie werd dit snel verholpen. Complimenten daarvoor!

Informatie die we ontvangen hebben over het parkeren was niet juist. Dagtarieven klopten niet, 5€ straatparkeren en €24 Mercure parkeerterrein, en de ondergrondse parkeergarage was gesloten vanwege werkzaamheden.

Kamers waren erg gehorig. Met gesloten ramen alle geluiden van buiten erg duidelijk hoorbaar alsof het raam niet goed sloot.

Deur van linker slaapkamer schraapte over de vloer en zou een schaaf kunnen gebruiken aan de onderzijde 😉

Ramen waren extreem smerig aan de buitenzijde.
