Comfortable location, quiet area, not far from the bus stops and airport bus stops, has convenience stores around, safe, AC is working good
The room is just too small for 2 people with luggages
Good access and almost clean
Located in the small alley next to market and also the building appearance at the first point of view gives you a negative impression. Also beds are so hard and Uncomfortable, shower water pressure was not good as well.

Great location, room is clean and comfy. I had a great stay.
It gets a bit light early in the morning, I woke up at 7 every morning because of it.
The unit was clean upon arrival. The appliances all worked.
The building where the unit is located is actually unreachable by car. Uber, taxis, etc, have to leave you about a block away. The offered "24-hour front desk assistance " is non-existent. We arrived late from Japan, around 11 30 pm, we were left in front of the wrong building by the airport Uber driver, and when we tried to get directions from this offered assistance we got no answer. I ended up trying to open someone else's apartment using the code they provided us by WhatsApp. After about half an hour, we finally discovered where the "hotel " building was. About a block and a half away at the entrance of a street dry fish market. The market, of course, stunk of fish. There's no mention 9f the market, or its smell, anywhere in the information about this place. Once in the unit, we found that the offered assistance was useless. Every question was responded to on the negative or with a screenshot of a Google search. The wi-fi went down, and I had to figure out on my own how to fix it. I asked if they could tell us where a laundromat was nearby, no answer. After my third or fourth request, they sent a screenshot.
I would never go back to this place and can not in good conscience recommend it.
The room is clean. Very close to underground station. So many local restaurants and convenient shops close by. The building is right by the dry fish market.
We've got an early flight. I did ask if we can check in early. They were really nice and kind. They sort the room out so we can get in the room early without any extra charges. Thank you so much.

The location was perfect for tourist wanting to travel to popular areas in Seoul.
The room layout (beds and furniture could be rearranged) wasn't too caters to 2 guest carrying more than 2 luggages which made it quite congested.
I really appreciated the clean, well-organized space and the convenient access to power outlets and extra adapters. The fridge was spacious and a great bonus. Clear instructions made the self check-in process quick and hassle-free.

If you care about hygiene, this place is not for you. Mold in the bathroom and washing machine. Stains on some of the towels.
