Excitingly different and sweet
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the center of the city. The old lady there was super cute, made a really nice breakfast and we had the best tips for going around the city.

Highly recommend!

Good but needs improvement
Pros:

The location of the guest house is very good, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square (about 8 minutes). The house is a charming old-town property, beautifully restored, with only three rooms and a small, lovely inner courtyard where breakfast is served.

Breakfast is limited but nice and satisfying. Memduh, the owner, was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He helped us arrange a taxi to the airport on our last day and gave us useful tips on how to reach Famagusta by public transportation. He also gifted us a soap that he makes artisanally.

Cons:

With all the positive aspects considered, unfortunately we did not find a good value for money at this place. The room was very small and not insulated at all. It is difficult to sleep at night due to noise from outside (a rooster and a dog) as well as from other guests—not their fault, but a consequence of poor insulation.

The cleaning lady, who is also the only person you will interact with in person during your stay (from check-in to check-out), is very kind but does not speak any English, which makes communication difficult. She was responsible for three main tasks: cleaning the room, preparing breakfast at the agreed time, and following the selected breakfast options (guests are given a form upon arrival). However, during our stay, the room was never cleaned, breakfast was often incomplete or incorrect, and on the day of our departure she arrived late—despite Memduh kindly agreeing to serve breakfast at 7:00 AM for us. We were close to having to prepare breakfast ourselves.

Additionally, she was often quite loud on her phone while working in the common areas, and we could clearly hear everything from our room.

All in all, this is a pleasant place, but the service needs to be significantly improved to justify the price.

La situation est parfaite, à environ 10min de marche de la Mosque Selimye puis moins de 10 de là pour arriver à ledra street et au côté turc

Rue un peu étroite pour arriver en voiture.

Pros:

This beautiful old house is located in the historic centre of the Old Town, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel owner, Memduh, is extremely kind, warm and welcoming. He recommended so many places for dinner or just to sit and drink coffee at sunset.

Pros:

Tesis sur içinde bulunuyor. Konum olarak her yere yakın olması ve neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilmemiz çok güzeldi yalnızca etrafı biraz tekinsiz hissettirdi. Ama gece 3’te gelmemize rağmen olumsuz hiçbir şey yaşamadık. Oda biraz küçüktü ama temizdi ve yataklar rahattı. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve çok güzeldi.

El trato de la mujer fue encantador, las instalaciones limpias y el desayuno rico. El sitio está cuidado, y ellos siempre disponible por lo que necesites. Se encuentra a 10 min del checkpoint de la calle ledra. Recomendado 100%
