Pros:

This beautiful old house is located in the historic centre of the Old Town, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel owner, Memduh, is extremely kind, warm and welcoming. He recommended so many places for dinner or just to sit and drink coffee at sunset.

Pros:

Tesis sur içinde bulunuyor. Konum olarak her yere yakın olması ve neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidebilmemiz çok güzeldi yalnızca etrafı biraz tekinsiz hissettirdi. Ama gece 3’te gelmemize rağmen olumsuz hiçbir şey yaşamadık. Oda biraz küçüktü ama temizdi ve yataklar rahattı. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve çok güzeldi.

El trato de la mujer fue encantador, las instalaciones limpias y el desayuno rico. El sitio está cuidado, y ellos siempre disponible por lo que necesites. Se encuentra a 10 min del checkpoint de la calle ledra. Recomendado 100%

Samimi bir ev ortamı tadında konaklama geçirdik.
Pros:

Eşim ve üç yaşındaki çocuğumla birlikte konakladık. Tesisin içi gerçekten çok güzel; her yerde sanatsal dokular var ve otelin bir ruhu olduğunu hissedebiliyorsunuz. Üç odalı küçük bir butik otel olmasına rağmen tasarımı özenle yapılmış, çok hoş bir atmosferi var.

Otelin işletmesinde çalışan hanımefendi inanılmaz tatlı, sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda istisnasız yardımcı oldu, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Uzun zamandır bu kadar doğal bir ortamda bu kadar samimi insanlar görmemiştim, çok iyi hissettirdi.

Ayrıca otelin sahibi Memduh Bey henüz otele giriş yapmadan bizimle iletişime geçti, yardımcı olabileceği konuları sordu. Gezilecek yerler ve yemek yenebilecek mekanlarla ilgili önerileri de kendisinden öğrendik. Kendisi de oldukça yardımsever ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Otelin sevmediğim en temel şeyi, bulunduğu mahalle oldu. Çok merkezi bir konumda otel heryere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz ancak bulunduğu mahalle çok bakımsız görünüyordu bu durum bizi biraz şaşırttı.

A little over priced for what was offered.
Pros:

Location is pretty good in that it is close to the highlights of nicosia. The owner (who I never met in person) was helpful in booking a bus to the airport. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was expecting more for the money I paid. The room is very basic and so is the building. No hooks on the door to hang clothes. They cut a soap into small pieces for some reason which was hard to lather up for the bath. The bed was quite squeaky.
