Thank you for the warm hospitality.
Pros:

The lady who is the host of the place creates from the start a homely and memorable experience. With her warm welcome and gift makes you feel at ease and taken care of. The room is simple, comfortable and peaceful with a beautiful window. The breakfast was lovely as well.

The host gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of town, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent, and we would highly recommend staying here.

The lovely service we received by Resan always with a smile. We love the gift of soap that was given to us,
We arrived as strangers we left as friends.

A szállásadó nagyon-nagyon kedves, a reggeli nagyon finom volt. A szálláson a színek és a csempe nagyon hangulatos. Sajnos a vìz nem iható de a konyhában van palackozott víz. Van átalakító dugalj európai szabványra.

A hölgy nem beszél egyáltalán angolul, de mobil fordítóval próbálkozik.
A szobának egyáltalán nincs hangszigetelése, minden kis zaj behallatszik.

Açıkçası yorumlara güvenerek tercih ettim ve bu detayların hiçbirinden bahsedilmemiş olması beni şaşırttı; hatta bir noktada kendimi sorguladım. Ancak benzer bir deneyim yaşanmaması adına, bundan sonra konaklamayı düşünen kişilerin daha bilinçli karar verebilmesi için bu detayları paylaşmak istedim.

Konum açısından oldukça kötü bir deneyimdi. Tesis Lefkoşa merkeze yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakika uzaklıkta olsa da bulunduğu bölge bakımsız ve güvensiz hissettiren bir kenar mahallede yer alıyor. Sokaklar çok dar ve özellikle araç kiralayarak gelecekler için ulaşım ve park ciddi problem. Otopark imkanı neredeyse yok denecek kadar yetersiz.

Tesise vardığımızda işletme sahibi yerinde değildi; bizi karşı dairede oturan bir abla karşıladı. Kendisi yardımsever ve iyi niyetliydi ancak ödediğimiz ücret karşılığında beklenen profesyonel karşılama ve hizmet kesinlikle bu değildi.

Kahvaltı beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Hem oldukça yetersizdi hem de yağlı ve sağlıksız ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Konaklama süresince oda temizliği yapılmadı, havlular değiştirilmedi. Odalar eski ve bakımsız durumdaydı. Binanın eski yapısından dolayı duvarlar çok ince; ses yalıtımı neredeyse yok. Sabah erken saatlerden itibaren çocuk sesleri, gece ise dışarıdan gelen insan sesleri oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca pencerelerde kalın perde bulunmadığı için içerisi dışarıdan görünebiliyordu ve bu durum rahatsız hissettirdi.

Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından son derece kötü bir deneyimdi. Fotoğraflardaki beklentiyle gerçek durum arasında ciddi fark vardı ve tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Lovely hotel in the center of the city. The old lady there was super cute, made a really nice breakfast and we had the best tips for going around the city.
