Very nice mineral swiming pools
Pros:

Very Nice Hotel, the room good size, the bed not very comftable, but the 3 mineral swiming pools amazing, that is a reason to visit the hotel again. Very easy parking with a security gate!

Cons:

The products in the bathroom very low quality, the TV in the room very small, the breakfast very limited, no connection between the coffee shop near the swiming pool with the rooms and the reception, you can only pay in cash

Pros:

Стаите са големи с удобни легла и гледка към планината. Паркинга към хотела е голям, а локацията му удобна за разходки до съседни места за почивка и забавление / отдих / туризъм.

Phenomenal place but some rooms missing essentials
Pros:

So many things to do and experience at that hotel: the spa services are amazing, the pools with mineral waters are incredible. Lots if places to eat, drink, walk, shop near by.

Cons:

In our room, the shower door was missing half its panel so the water was dripping on the outside all over the floor during showers. There was no blankets provided and when we tried to reach the front desk from the room phone, there was no instruction or ways to dial the front desk.
