Pros:

Страхотно разположение в центъра на града и точно на входа на парка, който е много хубав. Хотелът е голям и отлично планиран, като големите хотели на запад, помислено е добре за всичко, има достатъчно персонал, места на паркинга също има макар, че хотела е перманентно пълен, водата в басейните е топла и вътрешният басейн е доста голям. Храната беше разнообразна и блок - масите се зареждаха редовно, не "пускат кепенците" точно в 10ч. за край на закуската като на много други места, оставят хората да се нахранят спокойно.
Като цяло всичко много ни хареса.

Cons:

Имаше прекалено много хора, особено в ресторанта.
Спа-то е малко - само една сауна, една парна баня и един леден басейн, като парната баня има нужда от ремонт, хубаво би било да се разшири за такъв голям хотел.
Мисля, че цената за престой е сравнително висока спрямо други подобни хотели.
Като цяло обаче, общото ни впечатление е положително.

Pros:

Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Въпреки наличието на много гости хотела е просторен и се запазва усещането за спокойствие и приятно прекарване. Това е поредното посещение в този хотел за нас и винаги е много приятно

Cons:

Предвид престоя ни с малки деца със сигурност минус за нас е липсата на басейн за малки деца, който е на закрито пространство за дните, в които е по-хладно. Басейните бяха доста мръсни и вътре и вън.

Cons:

Персоналът на рецепция беше муден и неприветлив, говорят с половин уста, лошо впечатление ми направиха. С чужденците бяха усмихнати и в пъти по-любезни.
