Excellent property in a great location in Myeongdong!
Pros:

The hotel far exceeded my expectations - one of the best properties I've stayed at in a long time! The location is excellent - very close to the Myeungdong station, loads of shopping and restaurants around, and a huge night market a block away that's open every night. Even though it in a busy area, the hotel is located on a side street so it was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed. Housekeeping was very efficient. Each floor has a kitchenette with complimentary coffee, a microwave and refrigerator, and cups, glasses and dishes that we can use. (That was helpful because on several occasions I brought back leftover restaurant food.)
Dining suggestion: there's a great bibimbap restaurant named "Mokmyeoksanbang" about a 10 minute walk away. It's very informal (you order and pay through a screen at the doorway, and the food is quickly prepared). There are vegetarian options (since I don't eat meat). One of the simplest but best meals I had on Seoul!
The other nights I grazed through the night market, which was really enjoyable (and very inexpensive!).

Brilliant location situated in the city centre
Pros:

It was very convenient and staff are very helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived by taxi they can not drop us off in front of the hotel. Because it is restricted to pedestrians only with no car access

大変コスパが良く、快適に過ごすことができました！
Pros:

かなり便利な立地でした！
スタッフさんも大変親切で安心です。
お部屋だけでなくエレベーター付近にも共用のお手洗いがあり、そちらも清潔で水洗トイレだったので複数人での宿泊も不便に感じませんでした。
また、バスタブのあるお部屋にしていただけたので、冷えた身体を温めることができました。
コンセントはベッド横にマルチタイプとUSBタイプがあり、変換プラグは不要でした。
給水機もお部屋にあるので、お湯も水もすぐに入れられます。

Cons:

決して良くない点ではないのですが…
海外ホテルでスリッパがあること自体ありがたいと思いますが、日本のような使い捨てではなくベランダ用スリッパのようなタイプが備え付けてあります。
気になる方は持参された方がいいと思います。

スタッフさんが親切で立地のいいホテル
Pros:

子連れとトイレの不安から明洞にある宿泊地を選びました。ホテルが明洞の街中にあるので何かと動きやすいです。
立地がいい
ホテルの方が親切
掃除も行き届いている
ランドリーがある
コーヒーもある
雨の日は数に限りはありますが傘も貸し出してくれました。

Cons:

向かいの施設が工事中なので、そちら側の部屋になるとかなり音が響きます。
時間は決まっているので夜はうるさくありません。

Great location, good value.
Pros:

Great location, smooth check in and check out, good facilities

Cons:

We stayed 6 days but our room was rarely serviced. We had to empty our rubbish on numerous occasions and our beds were never made during our stay.
