Pros:

Beskidt værelse næsten ingen lys. Alt var ved falde fra hinanden. Morgenmad en færdig tallerken med noget ost mm.

Pros:

One of the best hotel.in booking I find only bad comments. NO its not true.its one hotel very clean,very whitte towers...good carpets..one nice and modern hotel.nice bathroom.the only minus its that its smell tigarette.but not in the room.outside of the room ...but its writte that it's a smoking area..so?
Its a good hotel with a decent breakfast. We ask the lady to make us omelette and she do it.
It's my first long comment in booking because I was so much worry about the note 7.its not thru.i can say 9.

Pros:

Good location, good breakfast and the staff are friendly

Cons:

There is no attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms at all. We spent 5 nights in which the sheets were not changed, the bathroom was not washed once, and the basket and dirt were not changed unless you requested it.

Very bad experience
Pros:

I liked the family rooms because they were spacious with comfortable and clean beds, bath was clean, large balcony, TVs in both bedrooms, mini fridge.

Cons:

There are two buildings; our friends received a similar family room but worse than ours. The smell of mold was pretty obvious and walls were damaged, no TVs in either of the rooms, towels were not clean, the carpet was extremely dirty. We’ve asked for new room and were told all sold out. The breakfast was very poor with a selection pre prepped plate with clear foil in top (cheese, boiled egg, a strangely coloured sausage etc) that i could not eat. When we checked out i was charged 20€ on top per room (be careful because they give TL receipt) that they could not explain. I’ve asked for money back.
