Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt… tolles Frühstück, toller Spa Bereich und schöne Gegend!

Der Spa Bereich war Mega!!!! 👍🏻

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen… ich bin mit Hund gereist, vielleicht habe ich deshalb ein etwas älteres Zimmer erhalten… der Preis für das Zimmer war nach meinem Ermessen zu hoch.. hinzu kamen noch 35 € für den Hund! …

Very nice hotel and nice pool area and view.

Cons:

The staff was very unwelcoming and unkind. We waited in the lobby half an hour until the room was ready and then they gave us the wrong keys and location of the room. The hotel is amazing but doesn’t have air conditioning which is rare for such a nice hotel. When we asked for a room with air conditioning they were very rude and said there was nothing they could do and started blaming Booking. I will nOt be back and would not recommend it. The pool area was very nice but so full there was nowhere to sit.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit fantastischer Verpflegung.
Pros:

Das Essen und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Dachterasse und Restaurant waren fantastisch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ohne Klimaanlage. Das Bett leider sehr unbequem und die vorbeifahrende Bahn sehr laut.

Parfait pour les balades, randonnées, détente piscine...
Petit déjeuner très très copieux, variés...RAS.

Cons:

Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner : côté pratique un plateau serait souhaitable vu la distance du buffet par rapport à la table du petit déjeuner.
Par température élevée une climatisation serait souhaitable où un ventilateur.

המקום מאוד יפה ופסטורלי ובאמת בלב היער השחור ושקט ונעים הביאו בנוסף חוברת אטרקציות שנותנות כניסות חינם למלא אטרקציות שימושיות עם מיקומים שממלאים את כל הזמן הפנוי.

הבריכה החיצונית דיי קטנה, אוכל מאוד מאוד יקר ביחס לכל שאר המסעדות באזור עם תפריט יחסית דל אפשרויות, היינו צריכים לבקש שימלאו את הסבון רחצה 3 פעמים כי זה בקבוק קטן שנגמר אחרי שתי מקלחות כלומר כל יומיים (היינו שבוע) ובנוסף ב40 מעלות חום בלי מזגן בחדר או במלון.

Pros:

Het ontbijt is ronduit fantastisch. En ook het Rooftop zwembad en de Wellness zijn indrukwekkend.
Het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel is zeer mooi.
Het is ook goed gelegen. Van de grote weg ervoor heb je niet de minste last.

Cons:

Wij hadden bij de boeking niet opgemerkt dat het hotel nog een oude afdeling heeft. Wel jammer dat we hierdoor twee erg dateerde kamers geboekt hebben.
De verschillende restaurantformules zijn verwarrend. Erg leuk om een sterrenrestaurant Schlosberg) ter beschikking te hebben. Maar je wil er toch niet met je gezin per ongeluk in belanden. Pas op dag drie hadden we door wat wat was.

Een super hotel met culinaire hoogstanden
Pros:

Een voortreffelijk hotel met een geweldige keuken. Op de 4e en 5e verdieping het zwembad, de sauna en alle voorzieningen die hierbij horen was top!

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen airco was. De temperaturen waren boven de 30 graden en onze kamer was erg heet.

Gek geen schoonmaak en schone handdoeken als je er 5 dagen bent.

O café da manhã é muito bom, o conforto da cama do banho também. As piscinas e spa ótimos.

Cons:

Tivemos uma desagradável experiência logo na recepção por uma funcionária extremamente antipática .
Chegando ao quarto era evidente que o banheiro não havia sido limpo e apenas haviam trocaram as toalhas. Durante nossa estadia continuou a não ser limpo.

Du personnel pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.
Pros:

les thermes sont magnifiques. La vue de la terrasse extérieure avec la piscine à débordement.

Cons:

le personnel à l'accueil , pratiquement personne ne parle anlais et personne ne parle français.Le menus à la carte est bien trop cher pour les plats proposés.la locations des vélos électriques se font sans aucune explication .le petit-déjeuné est très moyen aussi.
