Pros:

Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit großer Auswahl an Speisen. Alles sehr lecker aber den Auberginen Käse Salat muss ich wie das ofenfrisch servierte Fladenbrot hervorheben.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und wir konnten uns mit Englisch gut verständigen. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant gibt es auch in Englisch. Die Speisekarte hat einen guten Umfang an lokalen Speisen sowie internationalen Gerichten. Die Preise sind auch für nordmazedonische Verhältnisse sehr günstig. Unsere Gerichte waren innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten da, die Portionen waren sehr groß und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und man konnte es schon nahezu als luxuriös bezeichnen. In den Betten konnten wir trotz unserer orthopädischen Probleme gut liegen. Die Matratzen haben eine sehr gute Qualität. Es war alles sauber. Auch das Bad war schön groß.
Im Hotel gab es einen Aufzug, der sehr gut funktioniert hat.
Ich habe aufgrund meiner Gehbehinderung um Reservierung eines Parkplatzes gebeten. Ich habe tatsächlich einen kostenfreien und abgeschlossenen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang reserviert bekommen, das war für mich richtig wertvoll.

Cons:

Die Toilettenschüssel war so winzig, dass ich mich als ein normal groß gewachsener Mensch kaum draufsetzen konnte. So etwas habe ich auf meinen mehreren hundert Reisen bisher noch nicht erlebt. Für normal gewachsene Menschen ist diese Toilette kaum sinnvoll nutzbar.
Das Handstück der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert, der Bedienhebel zum Umstellen ist bei Berührung abgefallen, ebenso wie die Blende des Türgriffs. Das Wasser hat ständig zwischen heiß und kalt gewechselt.
Das Frühstück gibt es leider erst ab 8 Uhr, das ist für Transitreisende, die noch einen weiten Weg vor sich haben eher spät. Das Frühstück ist sehr limitiert und ala Carte, mit einigermaßen wenig Optionen, keiner Möglichkeit zur Variation und man kann sich nur eine Option aussuchen. Die Portionen des servierten Frühstücks waren bei uns beiden eher dürftig, obwohl wir keine großen Esser sind. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das Frühstück eher schwach, zumal dieses Hotel für uns das teuerste war, was wir in den vielen Jahren, in denen wir durch Nord Mazedonien reisen, bisher hatten.
Wenn man um 8 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, dauert es bis halb 9 Uhr, bis man sein Frühstück endlich hat, das ist ärgerlich, wenn man noch weiterfahren muss. Die Zwangsbeschallung im Restaurant war zu laut und lästig.

Bardzo fajny hotel w Centrum miasta
Pros:

Duży i przestronny pokój. Elegancka i czysta łazienka, parking dozorowany, wjazd od tyłu hotelu drogą jednokierunkową pod górę. Troszkę słabo oznaczony. Personel przemiły i bardzo uczynny.
Śniadanka w formie zestawów ale bardzo syte.
Polecamy!

Cons:

Kelner podczas pracy na sali palił papierosa. Troszkę słabo to wyglądało.
Po wejściu do lobby czuć było zapach jakby coś wybijało ze ścieków ale to nie przeszkadzało.

Very centered location. Big enough for a business trip with hand luggage (no more). Lunch box if you can't take breakfast on site.

Cons:

Quite a noisy area, especially on weekends (bars, etc). Even more if your room is above the restaurant below. Breakfast, fair enough, but options are limited to locals. People smoke in the restaurant/breakfast area.

Surprising premier quality full service hotel in Veles.
Pros:

So surprising. Very friendly staff and pristine rooms. Nice views of Veles. Unbelievably generous breakfast. Dedicated parking lot!

Entrance is hard to see- down a ramp in parking lot!

Wir sind zufrieden und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Veles und man kann von dort die Stadt super zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ging auf alle Wünsche von uns ein.
Für kurze Aufenthalte können wir es sehr empfehlen.
