C’erano molte formiche, hanno un angolo cucina ma non è attrezzato (non ci sono pentole e c’è solo una forchetta e un cucchiaio con un solo sgabello)

No funciona el ventilador del techo y esto es clave para la zona de Mérida donde hay temperaturas MUY elevadas, además si enciendes el calentador eléctrico de la ducha, se baja la intensidad de luz en todo el departamento porque está conectado al mismo sistema eléctrico, con lo cual hay varios riesgos a tener en cuenta.

El ventilador de techo está muy bajo

No tiene clima

Las ventas que dan a la calle inseguras sin protección
La regadera eléctrica mal instalada, solo una llave de agua funciona.
El ventilador no tiene control
Muchas humedad sin ventilación
Una sola luminaria en toda la habitación

Some days without light or internet

We didn't expect much for the price but still got disappointed. There is NO AC, it is some machine you have to put cold water bottles inside but it is not cooling the room even with the fan turned on. Outside it was colder than inside. Sweating all night.... No mirror in all of the apartment and mold in the bathroom. There is a kitchen but as soon as we brought groceries into the apartment, hundreds of ants suddenly crawled over our food. No privacy you hear everything from the neighbors. We booked three nights and regretted it!

The shower was problematic.

First off, they didn’t have me in APARTMENTOS CUPULES. They had me in DEPARTMENTOS CUPULES, as according to Google Maps.
First apartment they scheduled me in: Both sinks had issues: kitchen sink, both faucet knobs haphazardly attached; difficult to turn on and regularly come off: cheap plastic knobs.
Bathroom sink, the drain leaks and splashes water all over the floor creating a slip-hazard!
Also, old kitchen plastic chairs are aged badly and protrude an odor that’s foul and unappealing and the backs bend way over.
No clothes rack for hanging anything (if needed) of any kind.

I got tired of the hassle dealing with hazardous drain leaks in bathroom and kitchen sink difficulties, I reported the problems. They moved me to another apartment 2 units down, but it didn’t happen until next day after 3:00 pm!

The second apartment: has clothes bar in liv room. But no handle to pull entrance door closed, can’t hang bath towel due to missing bar and bracket, refrigerator makes loud clunk sound cycling on/off, bed mattress is slumped in the middle; needs replaced, toilet base leaks water. Told them once again about another of their unfit/nonoperational apartments. And I have to be inconvenienced once again moving ALL my things! Especially refrigerated items in 90°F heat!
Also, entire facility is overflowing with those small crazy ants: everywhere!

I paid hard-earned money for a place - according to their listing, photos and reviews as a good deal and livable but they’re unfit! They should have given me compensation for my inconveniences caused by their ridiculous negligence and not properly monitoring their apartments’ maintenance and upkeep! Bookincom offered a measly 10%! Ohhh seriously; come on! Also, the fact they DID NOT have me in the correct location and they had me in the rundown, dumpy section! See Google Maps photo.
Can’t recommend this unless they have covered and inspected their apartments for proper functioning fixtures, appliances, furniture, etc.
