Room was great and location by the river was stunning
The hotel was weird…… it’s a grand setting and really well done rooms, but with service levels that felt totally out of place. It was as if people there didn’t realise it was a hotel. Warm beer, bizarre buffet breakfast, strange restaurant…… and all in the middle of nowhere so other options are limited.
Poor breakfast. Not organised. No juice. Limited variety

Great hotel very near waterfall and islands.
Manager Eric is great and super helpful
Thanks
This hotel is comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at reception were excellent and some of the restaurant staff were very helpful despite no English so thank you. The restaurant food is cooked to order and always hot and quite tasty. Our room was very spacious with a balcony and a lovely view of the Mekong river. It was cleaned daily. It is quite a majestic hotel with amazing wall pictures but this does mean it doesn’t really have character and ambience. We enjoyed our stay, but did find it quite expensive for what it was. We did make use of the swimming pools but they do need a good clean.
Amazing location on the banks of the Mekong, this new resort hotel has superb rooms, lots of parking, two Olympic sized pools and stunning art throughout, but…
It was trial opened in 2024 and by February 2025 it should be working properly, but it isn’t. The bar and restaurant has local beer or soft drinks. Not spirits or wine. Service in the restaurant was desperately slow and there were only a handful of tables to occupied. At breakfast an omelette took 20 minutes and I had to teach the egg chef to cook scrambled eggs step by step. Coffee machine gave black coffee when cappuccino requested. This place could be amazing but needs a lot of details sorting and some management.
Location of hotel next to the river.
Low price seen the quality of the hotel.
Two olympic size pools!!!
It is somewhat remote from everywhere.
There were hardly any guests in the hotel.
Staff were very helpful and very nice
Hotel was beautiful sat on the Mekong
The room itself was beautiful, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure. Good, although pricy, transportation options.
Thai hotel is not for catering to the needs of western tourists but only Chinese.
- Personal speaks hardly any English
- loud karaoke on the terras in the evening,
- only Chinese dishes on the menu. With just one group of Chinese they said our food order would take one hour to prepare (friend rice and fried noodle). Luckily it was brought to our room quicker, but a large hotel like this should be able to handle many more customers.
- No good coffee at the breakfast buffet, only instant.
- TV is constantly freezing, so you cannot watch this.
