The breakfast was really well prepared and very delicious.I really love their entire cuisines and their different menu's.The staff extremely friendly and their service is very prompt.
Everything was up to standard I was very satisfied with the whole experience.I would recommend anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay to come to neighbourgood.
The breakfast reminded me the time i spent in Dubai,the preparation and the taste was so alike.The staff was the winner of the day ..Wow I truly enjoyed my whole breakfast meal to the deliciously prepared yoghurt s=and sweet strips.
If there's anything I didn't like it would be having to me departing early because the place was stunning and my bedroom's view was out of this world.Neighbourgood truly made me feel ' GOOD' no pun intended.
the elevator was never working, room service wouldnt do a thorough job at times, cockroach problem
Nice and trendy place but having to climb five levels of stairs every time to get to our room was insane. Good value for money.
The lift wasn't working. I suffer from severe arthritis, it would have been good to mention something like this on their website so I wouldn't end up on the top floor. I relied on Mr D to survive.
It would have been good had it not been for the incident of a leaky roof and how poorly managed my complaint was.
I complained early in the morning- the receptionist acted like it would be fixed or I’d be moved but his shift ended without anything being done and poor communication despite being probed on multiple times.
Making the whole situation fall on the receptionist taking on the night shift who also did not assist at first until I had a friend over who was able to demand action. I ended up transferring (thanks to Sipho for his help) to the nearest neighbourgood hotel at 1am in an unknown location using my own transport as a female. All because of a leaky roof that they could have managed earlier on by moving rooms and fixing that.
Some noise in the evening, a discotheque nearby? The shower is the best in Africa. Really.
The muslie, yogurt, and fresh fruit breakfast was great every morning. Cappuccino was excellent
That the kitchen was closed 30 min before closing time indicated on the services offered.
The treadmill in the small gym was not for running.

The lift didn’t work the entire 4 nights I stayed there even though I was told that it would be fixed the day of arrival. I was staying on the 5th floor so that was very unpleasant.

Lift was broken and for two weeks they didn't fix it.
The property was clean, room had a beautiful design and spacious. The breakfast was good and also got a welcome gift which was nice
The lift was not working and no communication was shared regarding the lift. I was in the 4th floor so that was a lot of stairs with bags.
The room was rather dark if lights can be fixed.
