Übernachtung am See
Pros:

Das Seehotel hat eine gute Lage und ein Fachlich Kompetentes Personal. Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität und Regional .Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ich finde, dass es zu wenig Personal gibt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Es war sehr ruhig. Kann nicht besser sein.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war gut, aber es gab immer 1 Pfanne, die lauwarm war. Ehe man am Tisch war, war es kalt.

Von der netten Dame am Empfang herzlich empfangen worden, das Buffet am Abend und das Frühstück lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Pros:

Überaus freundliches Personal, tolles Lunchpaket, preiswerte Übernachtung für den Hund.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank/Minibar fehlt und ein Hundenapf wäre schön...der Hundestrand ist etwas weit entfernt

Świetny, czysty i elegancki hotel
Pros:

Czystość, elegancja i świetne śniadania. Pokoje urządzone bardzo ładnie a do tego duże i wygodne łóżko. Ciekawa i spokojna okolica, bardzo miła obsługa.

Cons:

Wir waren in der Villa Victoria untergebracht. Hierfür muss man ein Stück laufen bzw mit dem Auto fahren. Das fand ich nicht so schön. Aber für eine Nacht war es OK.

Top Preisleistung 😇
Pros:

Eine sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Lage
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar gewesen.
Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend; frisch und alles vorhanden.
Das Abendessen war Buffet und für den Preis sehr gut und wirklich lecker.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vorallem das Service Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

Cons:

Bei Anreise war unserer Zimmer nicht so sauber wie es sein sollte; dies haben wir gemeldet und es wurde sich umgehend gekümmert.
Das WLAN in unserer Junior suite war überhaupt nicht vorhanden das ließ sich leider auch nicht beheben erst wenn wir aus dem Zimmer getreten sind.

My stay at SeeHotel Großräschen had a few positives. The hotel looks very good from the outside and makes a nice first impression. The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciate.

Cons:

Inside, the hotel feels quite outdated and doesn’t match the exterior impression. A major issue is the lack of support for international guests – all breakfast labels were only in German, and the reception staff spoke very limited English.

The most frustrating part was the paid water in the room – around 3 euros for a 1.5L bottle. In today’s standards, charging for basic drinking water in a hotel is simply unacceptable. This should be a basic amenity, not an extra charge.

Overall, the hotel looks better in photos than in reality, and the guest experience needs improvement.
