Pros:

Le prix du studio est exagéré, porte d' entrée coulissante qui donne accès direct sur le lit a couché.
Espace réduit, non confortable à mes yeux.

Cons:

Inconfortable lité, le lit prenait l' ensemble du studio, télé accroché au mur limite au plafond, mal à la nuque.

A good place to spend a night or two in Antananarivo
Pros:

It was close to the sightseeing spots in Antanarivo. The owner was very helpful and organized a taxi to the airport for us.

Cons:

There was no real common room to spent some time outside of our rooms. The rooms were rather small.

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Slow communication over a very minor issue with property taxes not paid due to confusion.

Hassled the people staying there to pay cash, when the booking i had booked had a credit card on the room. No effort to contact me directly ( the customer) , unreasonable and poor service.

Convenient location and quiet surroundings.
Pros:

The location made it easy for us to get around in a taxi relatively cheaply(20,000ar) to get to the government offices we needed.

A place like home in Antananarivo
Pros:

The Aparthotel Madeleine is a place where you can feel like at home. Not only that the rooms are stylish, are equipped with a kettle, microwave, fridge, constantly hot water in the shower, but also the staff is very kind. The wife of the owner and the guard have always been very kind and helpful to me. Also, the location is quite good as it is close to a restaurant and ATM. One of the best things is also that the WiFi is even still working during blackouts as there is emergency power, also for the outside light. This is definitely a place where I will stay again when I am in Antananarivo again

It was almost everything perfect, just the cleanliness could have been a better in details which are not immediately visible

Comfortable apartment
Pros:

Functional apartment with comfortable bed and nice lighting. Very helpful and accommodating staff and owners. We had some cancellations and rebookings with flights and our hosts were so gracious to adjust our reservation without charge. Very kind and hospitable people.

Cons:

Some small security issues with the unit - difficulty locking windows which could be easily accessed. That said, there’s a security guard on site and plenty of cameras around the property.
The booking was advertised as having a washing machine for clothes, but our unit did not have one unfortunately.

The best
Pros:

Brilliant place. Everything is perfect. The basic rooms are new and with complete kitchens. The apartments are very large. Good Wi-Fi. TV had Canalplus. It’s safe with full time guards and a steel gate. Full time maids to clean the rooms every day. The owners are the best people I have met in Madagascar. Genuinely nice people. It’s a great find. There is also restaurants a bank and massage nearby. You can walk to downtown.

Nothing. It’s perfect
