Very pleasant hotel with a good level of comfort. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The welcome is warm and professional, and you quickly feel at ease.
The restaurant is definitely worth trying, especially for breakfast. The homemade pastries and desserts are excellent. The café gourmand was a real favorite.

Un endroit charmant propre et très agréable. L’accueil est professionnel et toujours souriant, l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Les chambres sont calmes et bien équipées. Le restaurant vaut également le détour : le petit déjeuner est un vrai régal, avec de délicieuses pâtisseries maison. Étant moi-même pâtissière, j’ai apprécié la qualité du travail : les textures sont justes, les saveurs équilibrées et on sent le savoir-faire artisanal derrière. C'est une adresse que je recommande avec plaisir.

I couldn't find any such Hotel / Apartment in the said loation. So after lot of frustration, i had to check in another Hotel.
C’è piaciuta molto ed è da tanti anni che veniamo in questa struttura ogni volta che veniamo ad Antananarivo. Siamo contenti di aver visto che si è modernizzata aggiungendo un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene.
Sono ancora molto lenti nel servizio al ristorante, ma siamo sicuri che miglioreranno anche in questo.
Le prix du studio est exagéré, porte d' entrée coulissante qui donne accès direct sur le lit a couché.
Espace réduit, non confortable à mes yeux.
Inconfortable lité, le lit prenait l' ensemble du studio, télé accroché au mur limite au plafond, mal à la nuque.

It was close to the sightseeing spots in Antanarivo. The owner was very helpful and organized a taxi to the airport for us.
There was no real common room to spent some time outside of our rooms. The rooms were rather small.
Good location
Slow communication over a very minor issue with property taxes not paid due to confusion.
Hassled the people staying there to pay cash, when the booking i had booked had a credit card on the room. No effort to contact me directly ( the customer) , unreasonable and poor service.
The location made it easy for us to get around in a taxi relatively cheaply(20,000ar) to get to the government offices we needed.
Staff very helpful, and clean new rooms very well equiped.
Only the entry looks a bit sketchy, a sign with hotel name would help.
