Building and grounds we're very good. Pools, gym, spa, and restaurant were wonderful.

Cons:

My wife has limited mobility and our room was far for her to walk. Could not get a room closer to the lobby.

The location and styling

Cons:

Lack of information about the facilities meant that we missed out on some great areas until we discovered them. The £500 a night price tag suggested we deserved more. We were woken up every morning in our junior suite by loud banging. It turned out that it was children running, jumping around for an hour very morning from 7.45am. you'd think the rooms would have more soundproofing. The amount of children in the hotel was a lot. Too much for us.
