La localización y el precio

Cons:

La chica que me tenía que abrir no contestaba al teléfono, estuve solo 20 minutos esperando, mientras que otro chico estuvo una hora y cuarto. Menos mal que apareció otro chico que estaba alojado en otra habitación y nos habría, ya que la chica contestó una hora más tarde de lo acordado

Muy buen alojamiento para viajar solo
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de una parada de metro. Además, la cama ha sido muy cómoda y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy fácil y rápida.

I was left without accommodation or assistance. Avoid this property at all costs.

Nothing. I was never able to access the property.

Cons:

I received no instructions about the exact location of the property or how to access it. The host did not answer any of my calls or messages. Even Booking.com tried to contact the host on my behalf but received no response. With no way to enter the property and no assistance whatsoever, I was forced to find and pay for another hotel. Many hours later, after I had already arranged alternative accommodation, the host finally contacted me, claiming that my messages had not been read. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible management.

Todo muy bien
Pros:

Lo mejor es que no hay que compartir baño, cada habitación tiene el suyo. Tiene ventilador de techo muy bueno, con intensidad de luz modificable. Cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Cerca de una avenida con buenos bares y con parada de metro cerca.

Tranquilo, moderno, muy apropiado
Pros:

Cumple lo prometido eficientemente, con profesionalidad. Muy bien comunicado (línea 1 de metro a escasas dos calles), en una zona limpia y tranquila, junto al río. He ido en verano y era agradable pasear por la orilla. El alojamiento, muy bien atendido y equipado. Totalmente recomendable.
