Very comfortable room, I can't think of anything that was missing. Quiet neighborhood by the river, close to the metro station.
Cumple lo prometido eficientemente, con profesionalidad. Muy bien comunicado (línea 1 de metro a escasas dos calles), en una zona limpia y tranquila, junto al río. He ido en verano y era agradable pasear por la orilla. El alojamiento, muy bien atendido y equipado. Totalmente recomendable.

Amazing room! Very clean, looking modern, comfortable bed and a private bathroom. I did not use the kitchen but it also looked clean and well prepared for visitors. A 2 min walk to a metro station allowed me to travel anywhere I wanted in Bilbao. Bars, shops and restaurants right next to the metro station. No AC but it wasn't an issue for me. The host was very nice and explained everything with details. Overall that's a very good room for a good price and I definitely recommend that place, I will happily stay here again next time I'm in Bilbao!

Nice place, good location, quiet surroundings.
Location is good: short walk to nearest metro station, and from there ~10 mins into centre, ~15 mins into the old town. Decent amount of space, room has a chair and table, can use (shared) kitchen with microwave and fridge.
Wifi did not work first day, but got fixed. Might be one time thing, but could repeat.
It was really squeaky clean, and all places of interest easily accessible.
It is a shared flat, and other guests just left the door to the flat wide open when there was nibody there. That's not the host's fault, obviously, but a more secured system should be installed. Since the host is not on site, there are cameras ever,where which feels a bit creepy.
