Cercano a la Minerva, varias habitaciones y está agradable
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación por que se encuentra a 1km de la Minerva m y yo viajaba por el 21k Electrolit. La zona es tranquila, hay cocina completa (compartida) y agua caliente.

Cons:

La habitación familiar en que me hospedé tenía el aire acondicionado encendido y no hubo forma de apagarlo ❄️, hacía frío. A la habitación le hace falta mantenimiento. El estacionamiento es en la calle.

Pros:

EL LUGAR UN ASCO

no tienen servicio de personal
para que me dieran el codigo de acceso mas de 30 minutos , la chapa de la habitacion no funcionaba, me cambiaron de habitacion y estaba sucia, al final cambie de hotel
todo sucio, lleno de surrapas de comida la cama no la limpiaron tuallas sucias, baño lleno de orin
pesimo y ya no volvieron a contestar el telefono, ni para ofrecer una alternativa, menos para cancelar

Cons:

ni existe la limpieza,
baño lleno de hongos
tasa orinada
cama sucia ( no cambian sabanas)
las toallas usadas tiradas en el piso

Do NOT stay here!
Cons:

Noisy. Upstairs tenants children dragging chairs every morning. No parking. The locks are loud in the middle of the night. Not enough toilet paper for a 5 night stay. No extra towels. Stains on the blankets. The rain shower head is broken and sprays water everywhere. 3 of the 5 nights there was a “lady” offering “services” and she was hanging out in the garage. Simply put this property is NOT worth staying at. The host needs to learn how to host and manage the property and cleaners better. We chose NOT to extend our stay and opted for a BETTER property down the road for half of the price.
