Room was nice
As it was our anniversary trip we were offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling in our room on arrival which we didn’t receive. I emailed asking about it and never got a response back. Disappointing to not follow through on something that was promised. Also would have been good to have some milk there as there is coffees and teas on offer but no milk to go with them
the staff worked during 16th Sep to 17th Sep is fabulous, her customer service and the enthusiasm to work is way over my expectation. 10 stars out of 5 for her. Thank you for being so lovely and kind, you made our great night for staying.

I'm sure this isn't a new complaint but the master bedroom without a window or natural ventilation was awful. Sorry to be harsh. Its looks like it's been a modification to squeeze in more beds but a would be very surprised if this even meets building regulations. The light switch behind the door swing made things worse...

The view from the room was amazing! The beds were super comfortable! Room was spacious! Shower pressure was fantastic!
I went with my Mum who is 65. She is a bit fragile, so unfortunately only having access to stairs was a bit unfortunate, though luckily our room was only on the first floor, so we only had one flight of stairs. Also, to no fault of their own, but the closest shuttle stop is a bit of a distance from Cedarwood, which made that walk for my Mum a bit much each day.
The apartment was freshly renovated and well equiped to be able to cook anything you need. Super comfortable to be able to just hang out in when we were stormed in
Being up the village was a little bit tricky with luggage but that is the only thing

Cleaning wasnt really good
Super cosy place with pretty much everything we needed! We had a very comfortable stay here and loved being so close to the lifts as well as plenty of restaurants. Very convenient having a washer/dryer for our wet snow gear too. We’ll definitely be back!

The “drying room” was actually the hallway with shelves and also 2 bins in the hallway without lids.
Our apartment was on the ground level with the laundry facilities, bags of laundry everywhere and the stench of industrial grade disinfectants blocks that a backpackers hostel would put in their bathrooms to disguise the smell of vomit.
Our bedroom had so little space around the bed that you almost had to launch yourself into it from the end of the bed.
The apartment was one step up from staying in a backpackers hostel but I gather that the norm at falls creek is to be in a “camping” type feel so I guess compared to taking my own sleeping bag or being in a motel you could label the apartment as “deluxe” but it’s a stretch …!
Waking up to a view of the surrounding snow-covered mountains with skiiers coming down the slopes in the distance was incredible. Such a peaceful spot with a highly recommended eatery and ski equipment hire close by. The space was clean and modern and suited our needs perfectly for our young family. Customer service was also great with such friendly and helpful staff who were willing to help me with multiple enquiries leading up to our first time staying at the snow.
The bedding wasn't as comfortable as hoped and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. The number of stairs to get up to apartments 11 or higher is also a downfall with luggage but obviously offer a better view.
