Cons:

The electronic lock at the apartment was not working. The host refused to communicate, did not answer the phone, and kept blaming me, claiming that I had not completed the check-in. However, the real issue was that the electronic lock was faulty.

After waiting for three hours, I contacted Booking.com and requested that my reservation be canceled. Even the Booking.com support team was unable to reach the host.

A lépcsőházba való bejutás nem egyszerű, ezért azoknak, akik kevésbé jártasak a technikai megoldásokban, a szállás haszn
Pros:

Jól felszerelt , közel a belváros .

Cons:

A parkoló nem a szállás területén található, az autót egy körülbelül 300 méterre lévő garázsban lehet elhelyezni, amelynek díja napi 18 €. A parkolóhelyet előre le kell foglalni.

Fontos tudni, hogy az autót a parkoló személyzete állítja be a garázsba, ezért a jármű kulcsát ott kell hagyni.

Sajnos a parkoló üzemeltetői telefonon nem voltak elérhetők, és az e-mailekre sem válaszoltak.

Szerencsére csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, így nem okozott problémát, hogy nem foglaltunk előre helyet.

Véleményem szerint érdemes lenne a szállás leírásában egyértelműen feltüntetni, hogy a parkolás felár ellenében, a szállástól 300 méterre érhető el, előzetes foglaláshoz kötött, és a kulcsot is le kell adni a parkoló személyzetének

Il primo problema è stato riscontrato con il link inviato per apertura portone, non funzionava ma per fortuna c'erano altri ospiti. Loro sono riusciti ad aprire il portone e ne abbiamo approfittato.
Il problema l'abbiamo riscontrato con un'inquilina del residence. Visto che il posteggio è praticamente impossibile da trovare, mentre io e la mia amica eseguivamo la procedura per riuscire ad entrare nel residence, i nostri mariti sono rimasti in auto, cosi nel caso di bisogno, potevano spostare l'auto. Una signora dalla finestra ha iniziato a insultarli dicendo di spostarsi immediatamente che lei doveva uscire subito con l'auto. Da notare che era alla finestra del 1. piano.
Posso capire che la signora, avendo sullo stesso pianerottolo avere 5 camere che vengono affittate, possa avere dei disturbi ma il suo comportamento mi sembra molto esagerato.

Lenzuola non stirate e dispenser della doccia privo di sapore ( era pieno d'acqua). Non fanno il check-in di persona per la verifica dei documenti cosa per altro vietata. Difficoltà ad entrare nel portone condominiale. Sconsigliato

Solo ottima posizione.
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino al centro ed al parcheggio San Vito

Cons:

Assistenza inesistente per problematica relative al malfunzionamento del tastierino elettronico di ingresso nell'appartamento, non risposto alle chiamate, non risposto al messaggio sms, non richiamato. Risposo solo al messaggio su app di Booking quando ho scritto in serata ma la problematica è stata risolta grazie ad altri ospiti che ci hanno aperto la porta dall'interno. Totale menefreghismo tanto le 2 notti erano già saldate.
