fraud approach to the customer
Pros:

The hotel’s approach to its customers is fraudulent. I had made a booking through Oyo Online Booking, and upon speaking with them, they confirmed its acceptance. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, approximately 10 kilometers away, I was informed that my booking time had been altered to after 12:00 PM. If I desired a booking at my preferred time of 7:00 AM, I would be required to pay an additional fee. This practice constitutes fraudulent behavior.
