Not worth the money
Pros:

Great area.
A lot of nice restaurants and old architecture buildings.

Cons:

If you book Unit 102, there is a high chance that a local musician will be playing outside your window. Due to the location being a tourist attraction, locals often play instrumental music on the Kamondo Stairs. The constant sound of music can be annoying since they play everyday from morning until late at night.

It was ok
Pros:

Big room and good location

Cons:

Air conditioner was not working & couldn’t be fixed. Technician came in to check and couldn’t get it below 24degrees Centigrade. To make the room less warm, I opened the window and it was too much noice from outside- people and cars all night. The jacuzzi had to be fixed while in property.

Прекрасный просторный вариант для семьи
Pros:

Все было отлично. Провели 6 дней в апартаменте с двумя спальнями. Он на третьем этаже (лифта нет, т к историческое здание).
Находится прям у достопримечательности - лестницы де Камондо. На ней постоянно кто-то фотографируется)) Рядом весь транспорт, и галатский мост. Вай фай работал хорошо. Сам апартамент просторный, вид на красивые здания, балкон отличный.
Были с ребенком, готовили сами. Порадовало, что есть много посуды, даже терка и дуршлаг)) Посудомойка, стиральная машина, сушильная машина. Достаточно полотенец и халаты. Тапочек не было. Хороший напор воды, две душевые, ванная.
Пятница и суббота вечерами были шумными, т к район гуляет)) музыканты, крики, машины. Но если закрыть все окна, вполне себе терпимо, звукоизоляция присутствует.
Спасибо большое персоналу за дружелюбие и хороший Английский! Мы прекрасно понимали друг друга, в Турции с этим бывают проблемы.

Cons:

Совсем не было соли, пришлось купить пачку. Сахара тоже было несколько стиков, этого на 6 дней мало, пришлось купить.
Но чай и кофе были, за это спасибо.
Увы, уборки за время проживания нет совсем, даже мусор выносили сами.
В отзывах много писали про лестницы и крутые подъемы, это действительно так, это особенность района. Мы были к этому готовы, коляску и ребенка постоянно нужно поднимать на лестницы))

Чудесен избор
Pros:

Перфекта локация, просторен апартамент с всички удобства.

Cons:

Банята и тоалетната са отворени към спалнята и без достъп до хола, тоест ако сте повече от двама души не е удобно. Нямаше нощни лампи, нито ключове за осветлението в близост до леглото. Вентилацията е централна и шумна вечер.

Highly recommended for solo and family travellers (with kids)
Pros:

Historic building with very cozy and atmospheric apartments / rooms. Amazing place, there is all what you need for staying / living (shampoo, dishes for cooking, iron etc) . Clean, warm (split-system), 4 (!!!) windows for one-room apartment (3 in the room and 1 in the bathroom) and quiet at the same time despite it is touristic place

Great stay, great location, will 100% try to stay here again next time we visit
Pros:

Great location, large enough for a family of three, and the hosts/owners were more than accommodating - offering suggestions/tips, providing toys for our son, and even offering to drive us to the airport when our cab was running late.

Konumu ve iç dizaynı iyiydi. Fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. Beyoğlunda şık bir dairede kalmak, İstanbul gezisinde hoş bir detay olacaktır. Tavsiye ediyorum.

الموقع جميل لكن صعب الوصل له بسياره كبيره، الموظفين رائعون و الغرف كبيرة و تكييفها ممتاز.

Cons:

المكان جيد لكن للأسف لم تتوفر فيه بعض المرافق، حاول الموظف مساعدتنا و كان متعاون لكن لم نتوصل لحل.

لا يناسب عائلة مع أطفال او كبار سن لعدم وجود مصعد

النظافة كانت جيدة في بعض الغرف، و غرف كانت فيها رائحة كريهة، طلبنا تنظيف خفيف للأرضية و الحمامات ب 20 يورو لكل غرفة لكن لم تنظف جيدًا مع الأسف

هذه المشكلة فقط فلو كانت المرافق متوفرة و التنظيف رائع لأصبح المكان أفضل

Great unit, great service
Pros:

The room was really comfortable and large. Its a bit odd as the toilet and shower are in the living room, but that didn't really bother us. Getting checked in was super easy with the lockbox and key fob. The desk isn't fully staffed but there is a manager who stops by regularly and is always available on Whatsapp for requests. We had one day where the showers were cold and reported it. The manager let us know there had been a problem with the municipal gas but it was resolved and apologized. On another, we requested some additional toiletries and they were waiting for us when we got back. The location is very good at the top of the Camondo Stairs and accessible to transit throughout the area. The unit had a tea kettle and coffeemaker available.

Cons:

Travelers should clarify whether their unit has a washer or not. Mine did not, which required us to improvise a little. One thing I would advise the management is to check the address provided on the site. I copied the address directly from the Booking website for airport transfers and my drivers often reported back that they couldn't find the property. I was able to use a nearby hotel as a landmark but had to walk down the stairs to get rides.

Tutto perfetto, bagno a parte.
Pros:

Appartamento ampio e pulito. Nessun problema con la proprietaria, molto professionale. Posizione centrale. Consigliato.

Cons:

Un po' rumoroso. Bagno terribile, praticamente la stanza da letto è in bagno. Per una persona è perfetto.
