Die Aussicht, auch bei Nacht ist grandios!

Cons:

Das Apartment müsste langsam mal saniert werden! Für 500€ für 2 Nächte sollte einem nicht der Vorhang entgegen kommen oder Teile des Spruch s an der Wand fehlen!

Schönes Wohnerlebnis mit Abzügen in Details
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die Aussicht, die Architektur, der Zugang zur Dachterrasse und die absolut zentrale Lage. Der vom Hotel unabhängige, sichere Zugang mittels Chip und Schlüssel über einen zuverlässigen Fahrstuhl war sehr gut gelöst.

Cons:

Installationen, Mobiliar, Türen, Fenster und Technik waren teils etwas abgewohnt oder defekt. Manche Fenster und die obere Balkontür klemmen stark. Es waren manchmal Kleinigkeiten, wie vergilbte Klobrille im Gäste-WC, verkalkter Duschkopf, lose Duschstange, Duschtür aus Glas mit angerissener Türhalterung und zerbeultem, losem Griff, defektes Plissee, abgebrochene Außenlampen (Dach), defekte Leuchtmittel zum Dachaufgang, fehlende Radioantenne, Klimafernbedienung ohne Funktion (wir haben die des unteren Gerätes verwendet) und an einem Tag/Nacht laute Kompressorgeräusche (evtl. vom Klima-Außengerät, sporadisch, manchmal aber alle 5-10 Minuten).

Trotzdem beurteilen wir unseren Aufenthalt als gut. Die vielen Kleinigkeiten sollten jedoch verbessert werden.

Perfection in all aspects if you enjoy the arty fart kinda place

Talking about an Eco Project, then this property surely fits all the requirements!

Designed by Famed Friedensreich Hundertwasser, (his final project), it is a mishmash of styles, incorporating Hotel, Offices, Shops, playgrounds etc etc, all roofs are covered with greenery aplenty!

The apartment we chose, was the 8th floor “Suite” so to speak, two levels of living & sleeping space! An amazing break from the usual Hotel or Apartment style accommodation.

The service Team and the Manager were outstanding true hospitality professionals! Wonderful team!

With all facilities (except gym) this has proven to be the highlight of our 6 week German Discovery Tour!

Parking, plenty, but to get to the 8th Floor elevator, needs to stop the car at a lot reserved for home owners, just for 10 minutes or so, then as a German Dragon Lady came out she was virtually screaming at me, not allowed to park, but once her husband came from behind her he realised her mistake and was quite gentlemanly about it!

If any critique on the apartment, and I am being lucky here, then too much kitchen utensils , cutlery , plates etc etc! Looked a tad messy! Else truly a wonderful experience and if we ever get back to Magdeburg will surely stay there again!

The location is excellent and worth a visit!
