Cons:

Everything was excellent except for the bathroom fan , somehow connected to the laundry fan ( right at the entrance) with 2-3 minutes delay to turn off automatically. So There was no way to use the bathroom ( with lights on) without bearing the annoying noise of the fan at the entrance. This should be an easy fix.

Other than that, everything else was excellent and I was very satisfied.
