Heartless owners

Cons:

I had actually experienced something traumatic there( an ex bf had actually abused me by choking that night) I was screaming for help after he let go and ran to their door to ask for help to call the police. I was crying and begged them to call for the police. The owners just shrugged his shoulder and asked me to stop screaming. The ex had hidden my mobile phone. The owner then actually threw my bag out cos I had ' shouted'. Of course I had shouted cos I wanted and all he did was asked me to keep quiet. I was devastated. The ex bf was already at the gate, it was 4am and it was minus 4 degrees outside. These owners are just heartless creatures and I definitely would report to booking.com

Stedet var overbooket.Familie 9 personer i tre generationer.Så jeg havde ingen værelse.Fik et værelse overfor.
Mærkeligt.De havde bestemt booket privat.Det har jeg aldrig prøvet før.Når jeg booker igennem booking.com og får tilsagn fra stedet plejer det at passe.
