Perfect for a yoga or writers retreat
Pros:

The gardens were stunning. The room was huge. This is a great place to visit with a group of friends. Also perfect if you want a quieter time to write or meditate. This would be good for a yoga retreat.

Cons:

It is far away from Galle.

We enjoyed a few days at this villa and was very good experience for all the family and friends.
Pros:

Fabulous villa accomodating few families (45 people ). Lots of space and room to be comfortable even when raining it was a good space to be in.

Food : very good and local specialties - mango curry.

Staff : very attentive and helpful.

Rooms : very clean and spacious

Swimimg pool : good size

Cons:

The villa needs to have a card payment machine or it gets complicated to pay the bill at the end.

Truly Helpful & Calm Place.
Pros:

I suddenly booked this property as a sudden stop in my working route. The place was very calm to work and the support of the staff to concentrate for my works are truly appreciating. This place is a best place those who are seeking a calmness place to work or relax. I must say that this place is a gem which is shining middle of the Galle.

Cons:

Because of my working schedule, I got late for the breakfast. I missed hot dishes due to my lateness.

The best visited place in 2024
Pros:

Food Was delicious and staff was very helpful on our stay. Yes it is a very calm place and a best place to be rested with the nature. Antique architecture & nature combination gives us a different feeling and when we woke up at the morning, it is really nice to walk in the property through the tea garden. Highly recommending place.

Cons:

It was rainy in some parts of the day and couldn't walk much at the day time at the property garden. We could stay one more day if our company gave us a leave. 🙈🙈🙈

Its a unique Hotel - just have a look, Enjoy watching birds and a great service and relax!!
Pros:

Breakfast just excellent. A variety of local and also international food. We loved Kiribath and Roti, but they also know how to make scrambled eggs and toast. But the highlight is a basket with fruits. They also offered vegan food! and tea and snacks all the time!
The staff is very friendly and also helpful giving advice or explaining plants and birds. They love hosting guests!

There is also beautiful nature around the site - beautiful but certainly there is no beach because its located not at the sea.

But its worthwhile to stay there especially if you love ancient and antique furniture and cosy atmosphere and historical architecture. We enjoyed the cleaness of the place - definitely a place to relax.

Cons:

ok, no beach but we knew in advance and it isnt a real problem because of a nice pool!! Its also good to use a mosquito protection at certain times - depending on the climate. But its part of nature!!

Pros:

The property is beautiful. Everything is very tastefully decorated. The furnishings are perfect. The garden pool is really cool and with nature sounds it felt so nature friendly! The staff are very nice and helpful. Food was amazing & The chef offered some dishes as per our requirement. Absolute recommendation. Gladly again! Thank you very much!❤️✌️

Exceptional
Pros:

Very calm place. Staff also so friendly and served us in a best way to make our anniversary so perfect. Excellent chef and food was delicious. Their practise on organic good and in house vegetable & tea garden is something to learn our life. Absolutely marvelous place.
