Pros:

Einfache und in Teilen renovierungsbedürftige Unterkunft, was aber in keinem Fall, den Aufenthalt schlecht gemacht hätte. Dadurch trotz Messe ein erschwinglicher Preis und vor allem war es sauber. Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend. Mit einer Jugendgruppe sehr gut umsetzbar.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist man etwas weit vom Schuss und auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen.

Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia , el desayuno bien, no con gran variedad , pero lo que había estaba bueno .

Cons:

Realmente calidad precio estaba bien, simplemente que está ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto lo que te facilita la ida hasta allí en muy poco tiempo, pero alejado de las zonas de interés a visitar en la ciudad.

Good location while in transfer but a rip-off after all; you can find better!
Pros:

The only thing that there is pleasant about this so-called hotel is the location, being rather close to the airport (however, a 20eur taxi fare) - 5min drive literally. The building is indeed quiet, being located in a wood. Then there's coffee at breakfast, average but not the worst I've ever tried. There is also hot water available for shower (after some 5min wait). Some of the staff members are nice and seem to be customer-oriented.

Cons:

Well. I informed the hotel about our late arrival and was asked to agree on paying 60eur more, for the late checkin. However, arriving at the location between 00-01, as advised before - noone was waiting for us; then I noticed the paper saying that the late checkin costs 50eur. Having a small child with me, I had to wait some 30min and place 3phonecalls, until someone finally realized we were waiting in the lobby (even though we informed the hotel about our late arrival). Of course, we had to pay the 60eur nevertheless. It was a cold February night when we went to the hotel, and we found the room to be frozen - the heating was clearly off... so we had to enter the frozen beds and wait for the room to defrost. My son was rather surprised to not find a TV in the room. The bathroom is well-sized, but competely frozen. I found it uncomfortable to brush my teeth there. The door to the hallway closes well but it allows room for light to come in from the hallway; I found it annoying that evey time someone was crossing the hallway, our room lit up. The breakfast opens up early but doesn't offer a big variety of choices, nor a big quantity of anything (I was surprised to see there were some 3boiled eggs, few pieces of cheese, a few freshly-baked small croissants etc). It looks to me like the place functions more like a local family-owned business than a hotel. Also, the check-out at 10am is a bit too quick (especially whn you got the room at 01am).

total waste of money
Pros:

its located at middle of nowhere. the guy on the phone was totally non cooperative when I called in the evening in the dark for the location. disconnected the phone saying take a taxi. he was curt and with "I dont care attitude"

the breakfast was last evening cold breads on the menu and the same like many days stored milk and last few days excessive food kept on the breakfast menu. the room was like a old junk wherein ever tap leaks and almost no light functions.

Cons:

Only the lady on reception was kind to explain the route and bus stop, apart from that nothing is good about this hotel
