The wall
3 days we dont have water
The toilet dont have a door
The location is very nice, and close to taksim square.
Some rooms in the back face a wall directly which is disappointing.
There is no elevator.
The bed is big but it makes noises when you move.
The bathroom is ok but the shower is too small for big people.
The location of the property is the only good thing about it that it is very close to the istaklal street and taksim square and good transport links.
The room was not as tidy or spacious as shown in the pictures. Infact it was quite different to what was shown in the pictures.
We were given room on the 3rd floor and it was not mentioned anywhere that there are no lifts in the building so any visitors are advised to keep this in mind when booking.
The bed in the initial room given to us was broken and the quality of the mattress was really bad as we had a very restless night during our stay. The booking also mentioned amenities being given but when we checkedin, alot of the amenities were missing and we had to ask consistently to get the amenities that were advertised on their page.
There were bot enough utensils for 2 people to even make tea. The electric cattle for heating water was broken and there was no tea, cups provided which was not appreciated at all.
Comfortable room, recently renovated, very close to Taksim metro and many sites.
The area is very noisy, someone who wants to sleep without problem should choose a room in another location.
Clubs are open till late at night and people do not care at all about the noise the make
There is nothing to like about this property. You should better not book your stay at this place.
Beware the owner is a cheat/fraud. The room pictures he posts on booking.com are never like them in reality. The rooms are too tiny. The bathroom had a bad odour/smell. Looked like it was not properly cleaned. He doesn’t even provide basic amenities. The area is very noisy and loud music runs till night 4am that you can’t even sleep.
Very central and near ALL transportation
Too much noise , because of the nearness of ALL the bars
Location was central with everything you need nearby, but very busy, therefore noisy. We were there over a weekend and a lot of bars and restaurants on the street had live music until late. The bed was comfortable but we were only given a very thin blankets so nights were chilly.
We were on the top floor, there is no lift, so keep it in mind when booking if you have heavy suitcases. The aircon didn't cool, which we didn't mind as it was not very hot that weekend. No toiletries, remember to bring your own shampoo etc... Most of the facilities listed are not 100% correct, but all in all, value for money and served its purpose.
I would really recommend this place, good location, safe and comfortable, the administrator was always available to help me with any questions and assistance, I would come back again

Bathroom is super small and confined
I recently stayed at Island Apart Hotel in Istanbul and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. While the hotel’s location is a definite highlight, offering convenient access to key attractions and local amenities, the overall stay left much to be desired. Firstly, the cleaning standards were below expectations. The rooms did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and the housekeeping service was inconsistent, which detracted significantly from the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the facilities were lacking in quality and maintenance. The amenities did not meet the standards one would hope for, and some aspects seemed outdated or in need of repair.
On a positive note, the hotel's location is its strongest feature. It provides easy access to various points of interest, making it a practical choice for exploring Istanbul.
