Amazing night
Pros:

Gareth was a lovely host . I would highly recommend this place he really goes out his way to help with anything at all . I have stayed in a lot of places and this place is amazing so close to the train station 2 stops from Cardif little shops close by lovely house also

Wonderful place to stay for a short city break.
Pros:

The host, Gareth, was so so friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for a reply and was very accommodating. Great recommendations for local places to eat, and very helpful with advise on how to get in to Cardiff Central. Room was small, but comfortable and clean.

Very homely, a room in private house with shared facilities, warm welcome and from Gareth recomend
Pros:

Gareth was very welcoming and gave very useful information to help me plan cycling around and exploring the area. The room was very quiet and comfortable with birdsong and rear view of garden and woods.

Cons:

Information about tea, coffee and sugar would have helped

Gareth is a lovely guy! Couldn't be more accommodating to be quite honest. Lovely safe location. I was booked in for 2weeks long stay for work in the city and he was happy to offer a deal for an even longer stay for more work later on in the year... highly recommend. See you soon buddy

Wouldn't stay again

Location was convenient.

Cons:

I hesirated to put a bad review and tried to raise my concerns with the afebt and owner, but to no avail. The room, the bathroom and the windows hadn't been cleaned for months. The owner was 'a bit merry' when he showed us round. Washing up in sink all weekend. Heating only in for an hour in the morning on a very cold, wet, windy January weekend. We had to ask for it to be put on in the early evening.

lovely quiet stay

Place was small and cosy and close to train station for easy travel accesss , lots of parking outside property and Gareth was super friendly and great recommending places

Sehr netter Aufenthalt, toller Gastgeber

Sehr freundlicher privater Gastgeber, der schon vor der Ankunft Kontakt aufgenommen und Tipps für die Anreise gegeben hat.
Wir hatten das größere von den beiden Zimmern mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Es war freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet, sauber, mit Handtüchern, WLAN, Steckdosen am Bett und sogar einem Adapter. Die Gäste konnten Küche und Wohnzimmer mitbenutzen; es gab einen Kühlschrank extra für die zwei Zimmer.
Bus und Bahn waren in der Nähe, ein Supermarkt etwas weiter weg, aber fußläufig erreichbar.
Gareth hatte immer wieder mal Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch und Tipps für Unternehmungen.
