Top mit ein paar kleinen Hiccups. 😃
Pros:

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Zimmer sind schön und die Ausstattung ist prinzipiell vorhanden. Unsere Kaffeemaschine hat allerdings nicht funktioniert, und der versprochene Haustechniker ist nie erschienen.
Die Parkgarage ist groß, aber die Bedienung der Tore nicht selbsterklärend. Man muss einchecken, um eine Einfahrtskarte zu bekommen und man muss aussteigen, um die Karte unten in der Garage novhmals an einen (nicht sehr offensichtlich platzierten) Kartenleser zu halten.
Grundsätzlich aber alles top. Wir buchen sicherlich wieder.

Offene und moderne Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal.

Sehr moderne und offene Atmosphäre

Cons:

Es war etwas ärgerlich, dass mein Zimmer bereits vor meinem Checkout gereinigt und ausgeräumt wurde und so ein paar Utensilien (Wärmflasche, Thermoskanne) für meinen Sohn verschwanden. Mit einigem Suchen und Gerenne konnte ich diese aber wiederbekommen.

sehr schönes Zimmer

Cons:

leider waren Bauarbeiten und wir wurden an beiden tagen in der früh um 07:15 mit Bohrlärm geweckt. Ich erwarte mir dass das Hotel darüber im vorhinein informiert und eine kleine Entschädigung parat hat
