Fijn hotel, aanrader!
Pros:

De locatie was perfect, heel centraal met genoeg opties voor eten en drinken dichtbij. Goede bedden en goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Cons:

Er was 's ochtends vroeg wat bouwlawaai van een bouwplaats in de buurt. Een waterkoker op de kamer was nog een fijne plus geweest.

it was lovely, relaxing and energizing: a perfect location and definitely a keeper
Pros:

the frendly reception, the very comfortable room, the atmosphere and decor of the the hotel and the location, the tasty breakfast; I especially liked the fact that my room was quiet (except when the neighbour had their TV set on) and at night dark (with darkening courtains, no light from streetlights etc.)

Cons:

ideally, the TV noise from the neighbouring room after 23.00 would not have been heard; but this is not a detail that the hotel has under control directly. different rooms will have different noise levels, and ours had a (locked) connecting door, which may allow more noise to travel between the rooms

Pros:

Zeer comfortabele kamer met uitstekend bed en uitstekende douche. Zeer stil. Uitgebreid ontbijt met veel lactosevrije opties. Goed verduisterende gordijnen. Airco maar ook mogelijkheid om een raam te openen voor wat verse lucht.

Cons:

Een tip: De traphalte voelt niet uitnodigend waardoor veel mensen waarschijnlijk onbewust naar de lift worden geleid.

Functioneel hotel.
Pros:

Prettige kamer, schoon, goede ruimte

Cons:

Baliemedewerkers konden misschien ietsje ..gewoon … vriendelijker kijken.
Alsof je welkom bent en niet: paspoort, handtekening etc betalen, kaartje, naar boven?

Pros:

Room was modern, clean, comfortable, and super quiet.
Location is super central, just 2-mins away from the train station - you’ll find the hotel in the moment you put your feet out of the station - and there is plenty of food/drinks options around.
Easy check in experience (I used the pre-check in form sent by email).
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but overpriced. Could have more protein variety.

GREAT STAY!
Pros:

Really central location, between the train station and the city center. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was OK although I missed a little bit more of fruit variety. But it´s just a little detail, My mum and I have been really comfy and we´´ve enjoyed the beautiful city of Leiden as well.
