Hôtel très confortable, très bien situé. Petit déjeuner à oublier.

Emplacement très bien, confort des chambres et literie impeccable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est une vraie déception! Choix très réduit et qualité de l’offre très basse. Jus de fruits industriel, thé basique très bas de gamme, œufs brouillés insipides, saucisses très salés, le peu de fruits découpés étaient très durs… Les croissants et pain au chocolat étaient OK.

Our room seemed recently renovated and was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy and I splept extraordinarily well. Close walk to city center.

Praktisch hotel in binnenstad Leiden
Pros:

Heel prettig hotel in de buurt van station, LUMC en binnenstad Leiden. Erg vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Kamers zijn niet zo groot maar schoon, en prima voor enkele nachten. Zakelijke uitstraling.

Cons:

Als je 2 uur eerder wilt inchecken en ze hebben al kamers vrij, moet je 15 euro bijbetalen om de kamer al te kunnen gebruiken. Dit is zo Nederlands, in de ons omringende landen nooit meegemaakt.
Uiteraard heeft men wel een ruimte om de bagage veilig op te slaan.

Excellent location and basics are all good, lack of airco, noise front side and price kills the experience.
Pros:

Excellent location, good bed, good shower, very clean, good breakfast. So all the basics are just fine and as should be expected. But…

Cons:

Climate control allows max -3 degrees. Compared to?? Remains way too warm. Windows open gives too much noise for all the rooms at front hotel. And too expensive for what it is.
