good price to value ratio, good location, clean rooms

Cons:

upon check in I was given wrong room. next morning upon presenting Booking confirmation I was given the right type of the room. quite unpleasant situation caused by hotel’s staff.
hotel want renewed for quite of time, ordinary room are the same from Soviet period
