Pros:

Wir hatten einen traumhaftren Aufenthalt! Unser Zimmer, Frühstück, Pool, die Lage, Taxi zum Strand, der Garten und vor allem das unglaublich nette Personal - alles einfach 10 Punkte. Wir kommen wieder! Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir wurden einfach verwöhnt, anders kann man es nicht beschreiben.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und fühlten uns verwöhnt !
Pros:

Die Unterkunft in der historischen Ölmühle hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Frühstück war sehr individuell und uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt! Das neue Schwimmbad war genial und zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit nutzbar. Der Service im Hinblick auf die Taxifahrten zum Strand und wieder zurück waren perfekt! Auch die Hilfe bei den Reservierungen von Restaurant war zügig und direkt ! Die Anlage lag zentral und man war in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto am Hauptparkplatz um in die Altstadt von Gallipoli zu gelangen !

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Persoonlijk contact met medewerkers, frisse kamers, fijne kleine buitenkeuken, prachtig strand met shuttlebus.

A very enjoyable holiday, a superb location, and attentive hosts.

Lovely building attractively restored and very well maintained. Swimming pool very appreciated. Well equipped accommodation. Convenient and quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. First quality breakfast though more fresh fruit being made available would have been appreciated.

We had the most wonderful stay we've had in a long time. This beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean hotel felt more like a second home, (or something out of The White Lotus in a good way),than just a place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt like truly welcomed guests, not just clients.
Each morning we were greated with a warm smile and freshly baked pastries, setting the perfect tone for the day. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, always ready to assist with any request and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms are stunning: spacious, spotless, and stylish, with high-quality furniture and well-thought-out amenities that make them perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Every detail seems carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that invites you to truly unwind.
As much as we’d love to keep this gem to ourselves, the staff deserves every bit of praise. Their dedication does not go unnoticed. We’re already planning our return next summer!

Fantastic from start to end.
Pros:

This was definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It was like spending a holiday with your Italian family! The hosts and the staff were so friendly and so nice! Federico, Andrea, Michela, I’m talking about you! On our first night we were invited to a delicious ‘aperitivo’ and on our last we were upgraded to one of the beautiful suites. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms very tastefully decorated, and the swimming pool very inviting.

Pros:

Beautifully fitted out rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning, given very hot temperatures for our visit. Lovely quiet property.
Incredibly helpful, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely breakfast in the main “old mill” room.
Quick personalised transfers to a lovely Lido.

Cons:

Shame there isn’t currently a pool onsite, but I think one is being constructed.

Core memory — we’d love to return.
Pros:

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay here. All around amazing hosts and staff. LOVED having easy access to the beach club/lido with a free shuttle service to/from the property. It was so nice to arrive and have our beach kit/loungers waiting for us on the front row. Lido access in peak summer months is a big deal and this was a huge convenience for us. The property is beautiful and immaculate with the utmost attention to detail. You can tell that they put immense effort into the entire process, from the aesthetic to assisting guests. We had the queen suite with the private plunge pool and it was like a sanctuary. It even smelled delicious. Yet the staff make this place a real stand out. Nothing we needed was too much — such generous and warm people. We traveled with our two kids, ages 7 and 9, and felt like family. Everyone goes above and beyond; they’re all so kind and helpful. Grazie mille!

A wonderful stay in an idyllic setting, with wonderful staff that make the holiday even better.
Pros:

The whole property was exceptional, with beautiful grounds and facilities. But what made the trip even more special was the staff- they truly go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible holiday. I cannot recommend this property enough, it is such a special place.

The breakfast was amazing and we loved how everything was homemade! The ability to go to the beach that was so close was also such a great perk! We can’t wait to return!
