Piscina sempre sujas e com mau cheiro. Tive que pagar ingresso de outros clubes, pois as piscinas estavam sem condições de uso

Não tem onde parar pra descarregar, tive que parar a duas quadras e voltar a pé com as malas.
Funcionários da recepção muito rispidoz.
Msm minha reserva estando paga e confirmada, faltava autorização do proprietário e não conseguia contato com o msm, fiquei mais de 3 horas aguardando tentando resolver um problema que não era meu.
