No lockers in room, No indoor footwear, the dining restaurant closed at 9-45 … No room service also after that… it’s not at all 4 star

Extremely comfortable.
Pros:

The best thing about this property is it’s location. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the main temple entrance. Located in a less chaotic neighborhood the hotel has a decent restaurant inside. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and tidy. This is our preferred hotel whenever we stay at Guruvayur

Cons:

Nothing to not like about the property. However during our stay there was no ala carte at lunch time n there was only lunch thali. This is an inconvenience particularly for families with children who would prefer a little variety

Good. Check in time is a problem
Pros:

Location - superb. Stone's throw from temple - super convenient.

Cons:

Check in time is very odd - 3 pm - had to start late from Coimbatore
Enquired about early check in by message - got very curt reply.
IRD number did not work. Had to order in person for room service.
Hot water took a long time to flow.
Was forced to park in basement despite parking available in open.
Basement parking was a test of driving skills
