Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are designed mainly to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or have no window. Muita dor de cabeça pra ter acesso ao apartamento .. só a localização que é perfeita ..
Pros:

A localização era perfeita quartos limpos , mas não trocavam as toalhas a gente passou uma semana com a mesma toalha !

Cons:

O atendimento péssimo , muita dificuldade pra entregar as chaves cheio de senha código secreto endereço errado, por pouco não ficamos na rua .. demoramos várias horas pra achar o endereço certo, falta de respostas …

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, fue lo que más nos gustó con mi pareja! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada al igual que las zonas compartidas (baño y cocina). Excelente comunicación con los anfitriones. Muy buena calidad-precio, volvería a hospedarme en el lugar.

Pros:

Lo barato que salió, para pasar una noche y salir del aprieto no está del todo mal.

Cons:

Es un bloque muy antiguo. Las escaleras para subir los 4 pisos necesitan mantenimiento, casi tropezamos en alguna ocasión.
El baño compartido no estaba limpio, no es agradable que salga alguien sin la parte de abajo, diciéndote que se lleva el secador a la habitación y ahora lo devuelve.
Las sábanas no transpiran, no dormí del frío-calor que pasé.
El colchón incómodo, sonaba con cada movimiento y se oía el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de la fiesta de los locales de abajo.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy central

Cons:

En primer lugar, no está pensado para personas extranjeras que no cuenten con roaming ya que el sistema de acceso inicial requiere llamar a un número establecido. El espacio aunque limpio, es pequeño y no tenía televisor. De igual forma, las escaleras son extensas y es necesario subir muchas, si llevas equipaje es incómodo subir y un poco complicado bajar porque son escaleras incómodas.

The location of the property was even better than i could hope for. Near everything, easy to walk everywhere and walk distance to the main metro stations.
Near has the needed commodities like cafés, restaurants, 24hrs open small shops

Pros:

The location is great, you don't need to use any public transportation, everything is on foot distance.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared and they are clean and ok to use.

Cons:

I didn't like the no window room, it wasn't specified that im getting that specific room, so that was the down side. And also, i would like a better hosting, like coffee in the kitchen, sugar, basic stuff people need. It's not a lot, but it gives a better impression.

The only good thing is the location

No heating and it was SO COLD in the apartment
Black mold in the bathroom and since you enter the apartment you can smell it.
Received a warning from the landlord because I was having a conversation in the kitchen at 22:40 and he was saying that I was having “a party” (absolutely no music was played, no shouting or anything else) and guests over, while it was just me and my partner.
I had to ask for clean sheets in 4 nights of staying there, cuz otherwise they don’t change it and the sheets I received were dirty and with stains on them…
The mattress was so cheap
The bed creaked
The water in the shower was not consistent and not that hot
No shower gel and the bathroom had dust on the shelves
We asked for heating and despite having a heater in the room, the landlord didn’t care and he didn’t turn it on after paying almost a month’s rent for 4 nights. We slept with multiple layers on. Ridiculous accommodation
