Accessibility to Massey Campus
The building was old and seemed to be falling apart. It was incredibly loud, with people playing music, on super loud phone calls and talking loudly late into the night and very early in the morning.

Parking should be closer,no facilities for disabled people

The staff and manager were very accomodating and helpful.
Just the stairs, but otherwise nothing
Full sized fridge freezer. Kitchen and bathroom ensuite. Very Friendly staff however English not their first language.
Cobwebs everywhere so cleaning not ok. Dirty teatowel left in unit. No milk available and long way away from town. No idea where to go when I arrived. No info about evacuation plan in unit. No tv instructions. Only booked to stay one night. Not ideal for longer stay.

*Staff support in helping me find room when I was lost.

*Not many people in a unit and never actually ran into anyone else staying there.
*Kitchen facility if you want to cook or make a cuppa.
*Proximity to campus (across the highway).
*Tunnel to cross highway (only discovered on my second day).
*Cost! Way more expensive than I'd usually pay for a night's accommodation. It cost more than staying in a private motel room but I only stayed here due to proximity to campus.
*No food places around except for what you can get on campus.
*You can easily hear what your neighbour is doing in the next room e.g. loud phone calls.
*Strong lingering curry smell in kitchen.
*Bit confusing to find at first, especially in the dark (don't turn down first driveway).
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower looked like it needed a good scrub
I arrived in the rain and dark. No one at reception. I got a text message about how to find my room and directions. When you are at accommodation for the first time, you do not know what building is what. I met a girl who told me she went through the same experience upon arrival. If you are unwell and leave the reception early, I should not need to ask someone to meet me at reception and tell me where to go. Also, there are two entrances, and the directions did not correspond to where I drove in. This place should not be advertised on booking.com.

Was not what was advertised, sofa bed broken, no washing machine , tumble dryer in room, filthy shower, was told by manager I would get a full refund but still no refund, disgusting place
