Very good value for money in a great location
Pros:

The location was super good and close to everything you want or need. The area was a nice area and too loud at night (I was on the top floor). The room was clean and the shower was very good. They clean the room every time you ask for it and keep it neat and clean.
The staff was helpful and very nice.
Great balcony in terms of size.
Wifi for floor 4 worked food and with great speed.

Cons:

A bit hard to climb up without an elevator (I understand that they want to renovate and maybe build one in the future).
The view from the room wasn't great but it's fine when everything else was good.

Ganz ganz nettes Personal. Man konnte direkt dort Wäsche waschen lassen und gleich die Ausflüge buchen wenn man will :D
Ich hatte meinen Duschkopf kaputt gemacht und direkt am Abend einen neuen bekommen.
Balkon top, Lage top, Lautstärke war auch ok. Mit Ohropax geht das schon :)

Und wenn man das bitte putzen schild raus gehängt hat, wurde auch jeden Tag geputzt. Man musste halt früh genug wach sein ;)

Cons:

Klar etwas mehr Ruhe wäre schön gewesen aber was erwartet man direkt an der Straße?

Betten ziemlich hart.

Pros:

Очень удачное расположение, рядом все что нужно для комфорта , магазины , прачечная , много ресторанов. Хозяева хорошие ребята, все подскажут и помогут. Уборка в номере по запросу , убираются хорошо, постельное и полотенца меняют. Единственный минус нет лифта)

Pros:

Отель понравился. Находится в хорошем месте. Рядом есть все, супермаркет, магазинчики, рынок, кафе, обменники всё рядом. До моря 15 минут ходьбы или за 200 бат за 5 минут на местном такси. Владельцы отеля очень внимательные у них можно купить экскурсии и арендовать байк. На против находятся отели где вечером можно прогуляться и отдохнуть. В номере есть все для проживания, чисто и уютно. Отель рекомендуем. Приезжайте и отдыхайте.

Pros:

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Очень удобное расположение: до пляжа Ката всего 10 минут пешком, а до Карона — 15 минут. В непосредственной близости ночной рынок, множество кафе, магазин 7 Eleven, фруктовые лавки, массажные салоны и т.д. Персонал дружелюбный и приветственный. В номере было чисто, убирались часто.

地理位置好：卡塔的中心，周围有所有的店铺。步行可到卡塔海滩和卡伦海滩
房间温馨、舒适

Cons:

1.淋浴间花洒太高了不可调节，导致大部分的水都冲在浴帘上，由于没有隔离门，水很容易流到外面。淋浴的人也必须身体贴着浴帘洗澡，让人感觉不适
2.WIFI很差，网页都要等很久才能打开
