Un bel emplacement mais il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit ...
Pros:

La taille des chambres, le côté moderne, la proximité des plages et du village. La gentillesse de l'accueil.

Cons:

Le bruit ! Entre la musique à fond de l'établissement en dessous et le train qui passe toutes les 20-30 minutes (même la nuit) il est très difficile de se reposer ... (Malgré les fenêtres fermées et la clim en marche ...)

The receptionist was absolutely outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She patiently explained how everything worked and made sure we felt at home from the moment I arrived. Her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for our stay.

Cons:

It was clear that this amazing receptionist is carrying a huge workload on her own. I saw her handling mornings, afternoons, and weekends without a break, and while she did it all with a smile, the hotel would really benefit from adding more staff to support her. She deserves a team to match her exceptional service.

Pros:

The location and the place is really nice.. very close to the beach, to the café and to the train station and pineta. The room is spacious and clean makes you feel very comfortable.

A charming and comfortable place by the Etruscan Coast
Pros:

It was very easy to find, close to the shops, beach access, Castello Pasquini and local restaurants. Very modern and comfortable and the staff on duty was warm and welcoming

Cons:

Only, and I emphasise only, downside is the proximity of the railway line. Never heard anything overnight but you could feel them vibrate the very solid building of the property.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Reception lady was super. Even small issues that we had were dealt with with friendliness and professionalism
